主啊，感謝讚美祢 Oh Lord we give thanks to you 祢愛我們 You love us 祢用祢的恩 using your grace 栽培我們 To educate us 用祢的道光照我們 using your words to enlighten us 用祢的靈引導我們 Your spirit lead us 給我們走正的信仰 That we have the right faith 給我們正的知識 we have right knowledge 給我們正的品德 we have true virtue 給我們正的事奉 we have true ministry 給我們有正的影響 we have true influence to world 在整個世界、社會、文化裡面 In the entire world culture and this area 高舉祢的名 to live out Your name 聽我們的禱告 Listen to our payer 我們感謝讚美 we give thanks to you 奉主的名求的 in Jesus' name we pray 阿們 Amen 感謝上帝 give thanks to God 那我們每一天、每一個人都會老 everyone will get old 問題是老的時候 but a question is when we get old 你怎麼回顧你過去的日子 How do you recall the life in the past 你怎樣用你的時間？ and how do you spend your life 你怎樣填你的生命 and how do you fill your life 你怎樣做你的工作 and how do you do your work 我相信很多老人家 離開世界以前都有兩個思想 and believe many old people when they depart from this world they have two thoughts 第一個思想 the first 我應當做的還沒有做，我就要走嗎？ is the thing that I ought to do and I haven't do so should I live 第二個思想 and the second thought 我為什麼做了一些不應該做的 現在就要死了 and what is the reason I do so many things I ought not to do and I need to die 那那個時候你最惋惜的一件事情 and so the thing that you are most pitiful 是時間不能倒轉 it is you cannot actually reverse the time 機會已經沒有了 the opportunity has been passed 面向永恆 You are face eternity 可能你是 永遠傷心、永遠後悔 perhaps you have a sad case for your eternal life 願上帝藉著這幾句話 so may the Lord with you with those few sentences 提醒我們每一個人 and to remind each one of us 怎樣用智慧來使用我們的光陰 and using our wisdom to spend our time 用道德填滿我們的生命 and using morality to fill our live 在聖經裡面，智慧、道德跟光陰 三件事常連在一起講 in the scripture, they always combine the morality, the time and wisdom 我不知道你有沒有注意到 and not sure whether you pay attention to this 保羅說：「你們要愛惜光陰」 and Paul said, you need to actually treasure your time 因為現今的世代什麼？ because this era 「邪惡」 is era of evil 《聖經》要告訴我們 and so the script want to tell us 你要愛惜你的光陰 you need to treasure your time 你要以敬畏上帝的心 and to fear God 來度我們敬虔的年日 to have your pious life 所以機會、光陰、道德 so opportunity, time and morality 是連在一起的 is always linked together 在希臘的哲學裡面 so in Greek philosophy 把智慧跟光陰 and combined wisdom with time 都連在一起 and combined together 所以希臘的哲學家說 so in Greek the philosopher they said 如果你是有智慧的人 If you are wise person 你一定是一個行善的人 and you must be a person to practice kindness 而你行善的人 so when you do kindness 一定你是一個喜樂的人 and you are the personality with joy 他們把智慧 so they combine wisdom 把道德、把喜樂 and the morality and the joyfulness 連在一起 they link all these things together true knowledge is equal to true vulture 說「真知識」就是「真善行」 and the true vulture is equal to true happiness 「真善行」就等於「真喜樂」 那當然我們基督徒跟他不同的地方 of course there are similarities with the Christians and them 是我們思想到所謂的智慧 到底根據什麼原則 then we need to think what is depend on principles according the wisdom 而基督教的聖經 把智慧跟三大原則連在一起 so the scripture we actually combined wisdom with three principal 第一點、就是敬畏上帝 the first is to fear God 第二點、就是認識祂的聖潔 the second, is to know his holiness 第三點 and on the third 就是遠離你生命中的一切惡的行為 and you need to depart from all the evilness in your life 敬畏上帝是智慧的開端 and to fear god is the beginning of wisdom 認識至聖者便是聰明 and to know the holy one is intelligent 智慧人是遠離惡事 and a wise person depart away from evilness 這樣我們對於智慧的認識 是遠遠超過希臘的哲學 so our understanding to a wisdom far away surpass of the Greek philosophy 今天我們要講的題目是「復興」 and today we want to talk about the topic of revival 我們每一個人 都稍微知道什麼叫做「復興」 everyone of us we understand slightly about revival 許多時候我們對復興的認知 都是有曲解的 many of time we abuse of the understanding of revival 或者是不完整的 or it's incomplete 那如果我問你 if I ask you 孔子復興 so for Confucianism to be revived 或者儒家復興 or Confucianism to get revived 佛教復興 or Buddhism to get revived 你觀念中間大概是指什麼的 so in your understanding what kind of revival 印尼有一個很重要的佛塔 叫做 Borobudur (婆羅浮屠) in Indonesia we have a Borobudur very important places for Buddhism 這個比巴黎聖母院還更早就建好 it's much more earlier then Notre-Dame de Paris 大到一個地步 and it's so big 你不敢相信 it's hard to imagine 九層高 there are 9 storeys 雕像幾萬個 so more than 10,000 of sculptures 個個清秀的不得了 so everyone is clear and is nice 這個東西呢 so this thing 是世界最大的佛塔 so it's the biggest Buddhism Centre of palace 佛教聖地世界最大的不在印度 so the biggest holy place for Buddhism is not in India 佛教跟基督教一樣 a similar with Christianity 在發源地被排擠 so in the original place it was being cast away 在原來的地方 只有一些歷史事蹟的所在處 但是沒有很特別的古代的遺物 in this original place only some is only left some historical place but not a very significant historical places 釋迦摩尼是在印度發跡 so Buddha actually came from India 但是現在 還不到百分之一的印度人是佛教徒 Only less then 1% of Indian are Buddhist 他怎樣創新，沒有辦改印度教的信仰 so how did they do the innovation it couldn't actually help entire Hinduism 現在印度教的教徒還有百分之九十 so there are still 90% of Hinduism believer in India 印度的佛教徒連百分之一都沒有 but for the Buddhism in India not even reach 1 % 基督教在佛教的比例 是比佛教徒在佛教的地方 也就是印度的比例還更大 actually Christian have more compare to the Buddhist in India 而佛教就傳到中國 傳到東南亞、傳到中南半島 傳到韓國、傳到日本、傳到台灣 and after the Buddhism actually went to entire Asia Korea, Japan, south Asia and other places 所以在柬埔寨的 Angkor Wat (吳哥窟) in Angkor Wat in Cambodia 有了世界最大佛教的建築 there is a biggest Buddhism temple of building 但最大的佛塔 是在印尼的這個 Borobudur and the biggest Buddhism pagoda is in Borobudur in Indonesia 那麼這個事情以後差不多一千一百年 so about 1100 years later 佛教都沒有什麼大的興旺 so there is not big revival for Buddhism 除了有一些華人到印尼去以外 except of some Chinese went to Indonesia 他們把佛教帶到印尼 so they also brought Buddhism to Indonesia 華人的佛教是新派的 the Buddhism of Chinese are the liberalism 這個叫做「大乘佛教」 Mahayana 菩薩、羅漢什麼都進去 so it includes all the worship among the folk religion 跟原先釋迦摩尼的教旨是完全不一樣 (566-486 BC) is different from original doctrines from Buddha 但是最近呢 佛教在印尼好像有很大的復興 but recently it seems to be a big revival of Buddhism in Indonesia 其中一個真正的原因 and one true reason 就是慈濟在台灣的運動 已經很大的影響到印尼去 one of reason is Tzuchi from Taiwan went to Indonesia 慈濟是佛教嗎？ and Tzuchi is a Buddhism? 是小乘佛教嗎？ is it belong to Hinayana 正統的佛教嗎？不是 is it orthodox of Buddhism? that's not 是大乘佛教嗎？ or belong to Mahayana? 也不大像 it doesn't seem to be 所以嚴格的說起來 so strict speaking 中國人的宗教跟中國人的功德 以及中國人盼望得到發財、順利 這個關係是不能分開的 we cannot differentiate we cannot divide the religion of Chinese and the fact they want to have the expectation of prosperity 十四年前 14 years ago 有一個人要回到印尼 there was a person want to return to Indonesia 他在波士頓念大學 he studied in Boston 所以他就飛到紐約 so he goes to New York 當他要進飛機的時候 when he's about to board to the flight 兩個阿拉伯人問他說 “你是印尼來的嗎？” so there are 2 Arabian persons ask him are you from Indonesia 他說：“是的，我是印尼來的” yes, I'm from Indonesia “我請你不要進這一架飛機” these two persons ask him not entre this flight 這個人說：“你不要攔阻我” this person said, you do not stop me “我已經計劃坐這架飛機到紐約” because I planned to take this flight to New York 他說 “我要換飛機到印尼” and I will take another flight to Indonesia 他們：你是印尼的 所以我特別對你講很重要的好話 請你不要進這一架飛機 so they said it seems you are from Indonesia we need to speak this to you don't go into the flight 那兩個阿拉伯人 以為他印尼來的，一定是回教徒 and two Arabian persons thought he is Indonesian he must be a Muslim 他們知道這架飛機要撞雙塔 (World Trade Center) 然後一定全部死光了 they knew this plane is going to actually hit the twin tower, he will die 所以他們說印尼的請不要進去 if you are Indonesian, don't go into the flight 因為印尼跟我們阿拉伯有好的關係 because we have good diplomatic relationship of two countries, Saudi Arabia and Indonesia 這個青年感到很煩 and he thought this very troublesome “不要再攔阻我” do not stop me 他就進去了 and he went to the flight 進去一個鐘頭以後 so 1 hour later 這架飛機就撞了雙塔 and this is the plane go into the twin tower 那就是九一一事件 and that's the incident of 911 然後這個人就死了 so he died 死了以後呢 and after he died 他的女朋友 and the girlfriend 沒有辦法再活下去 has no way to continue to live 所以就變成神經錯亂的人 and then become mental disorder 然後這個女的爸爸 and the father of this lady 他就沒有辦法 and he has no way as well 因為他很愛這個女孩子 loving the daughter so much 所以他說：誰能醫好我的女兒？ so he asked who can heal my daughter 我什麼代價都肯付 I'm willing to pay at all costs 後來他去找教會的牧師 went to the pastor in the church 找回教的教師 and to the Imam of the Muslims 找所有宗教的人士 to all the people in many religions 沒有一個人有辦法醫好他的女兒 and no one have way to heal the daughter 後來這個女兒就到佛教的地方去 and then this daughter went to the place of buddhism 有佛教的人士就替她禱告 後來她就好了 and so the Buddhists actually the pray for her and she was recovered 然後這個父親就說 and so the father said 我一定完成我所許的願 and I would do whatever I wished 結果他用一個人的錢 and he used single person money 蓋了一個佛廟 and he actually built a temple 比這個禮拜堂大兩百倍 and bigger than this hall for 200 times 就在 Jakarta (雅加達) 這個一個新區的地方 so in the new area in Jakarta 大的不得了 and the building is so big 裡面可以坐五千、一萬人 and you can sit for 5,000 to 10,000 people 還有一個中學 and there is a secondary school 一個小學 and a primary school 都是高的不得了 and it's so tall 現在好像佛教大復興起來 it seems the Buddha had revived 我現在提這個問題 so I want to raise up this question 我要引起的思想 to inspire you 就是你觀念中間 that is in your concept 什麼叫做「復興」？ what is revival 如果你講佛教復興 and if it says Buddhism revived 是指什麼？ so referred to what 儒家復興 and Confucianism get revived and referred to what 如果你講基督教教會復興 as you talked about the Church of Christianity get revived 又是指什麼？ and what is that referred to 先把「復興」這兩個字 so this word revive 從宗教的意義 and from perspective of the meaning of the religion 跟普通 common sense(常理) 的意義 先來講一下 and we compare with the common sense meaning and for the Confucianism get revived 大概你觀念中是什麼？ what's meaning that 我問你 - 你問我 大概很多人知道儒家思想 很多人「知道」 你注意聽他用詞 很多人「知道」儒家思想，或者什麼？ - 很多人也應用儒家的教義 很多人應用儒家教義 應用以前一定要「認識」嘛 - 對，認識和應用 所以很多人開始研究儒家 對不對？ so then you study of Confucianism, isn't it 然後學習儒家思想 and to study to learn Confucianism 把它實際應用在生活中間 and then to practise it in your life 對社會有所改變 and to have contribution and influence to the society 你說儒家思想復興了 and then you can say this is revival of Confucianism 我用剛才的例子 by using the example 建一個大的佛廟 building a big Buddhist temple 等於是佛教復興嗎？ is that refer to the revival of Buddhism 不一定對不對？ it's not necessary, isn't it 那如果復興的定義要重新界定的話 if you want to set again the terminology of revival 現在我問你一個問題 so let me ask you a question 你說教會復興了 so the church get revived 到底在指什麼？ what's that referred to 請宗良弟兄 by the Joseph 教會復興大概在指什麼？ (人心改變) 人心改變 the change heart of man 所以這個進一步談到了裡面的變化 so this talks about in the change 那麼現在教會復興不復興 but whether the church get revived or not 你真的可以從人心改變看出來嗎？ Can you see change of heart of man 我看見很多教會 人越來越多的時候，人心沒有改變 so I see many churches when the crowds are getting bigger the heart did not change 如果照著宗良弟兄的意義 and according to the meaning that have been mentioned 你可以不可以說那種復興是假的？ can you say that that kind of revival is faked revival 因為說人數增加 so with the add in numbers 心靈沒有改變 the heart doesn't change 所以這不一定是真的復興 this one is not necessary the true revival 那麼真的復興除了心靈改變以外 so the true revival actually beside change the heart 還應當是什麼？ what else we need 現在我請你們跟旁邊的人 先一同討論一下 can you discuss the person next to you 大家彼此交通 and you discuss it with each other “某某人，你看復興應當是什麼？” so ask what is your opinion on revival 復興的定義是什麼？ what's the meaning of revival 現在大家講話 so you can speak to each other 不講話的我請他上來講 if you don't talk to each other I will ask you to come what is the meaning of revival 大聲一點 you need to speak louder 講熱鬧一點 to get this more hotter 把你的觀念講出來 and to tell your opinion 好了 so time's up 你們連這種機會都沒有對不對呢？ and you rarely 每個禮拜來做禮拜就是聽牧師講的 have this kind of opportunity once you listen the religion of the pastor 聽完了，是不是就回去了 and then you go back 那麼個人跟個人也不講 so you don't have personal communication 所以你們所知道的教義 so the doctrine that you know 彼此商討的機會很少 you don't have the chance to communicate or have dialogues 所以你說你講的時候 so when I said you talked to each other 你就勇敢講 so you have courage to talk 你憑什麼講的？ depend on what 憑你的直覺 depend on instinct 憑你的思想的結晶 or the crystallisation of thought 憑你的某些看法的一種反應 or respond of a person opinion 那麼你憑什麼講？ so depend on what 你講的時候會不會講錯呢？ so when you speak maybe it can be wrong 當然很可能 of course possibility 那越講越大聲就對了齁？ and if it's talked louder, perhaps it's getting right 這個叫做「自我肯定」 好，我們沒有養成思考的習慣 and this is self absolutised so we do not the practice to thought 但是我們常常養成自我肯定的習慣 to think. so we always have the self-assurance 現在討論的結果是沒有好好的結論 so the result you could not get a good conclusion 因為自由，就是一直講而沒有結論 叫做自由 freedom is you continue talk with not any conclusion 如果有結論，就把自由結死了 so if you have conclusion you actually concluded freedom's 所以很多人就你走你的、我走我的 so different people have different directions 我們現在讓每一個人都有機會發表 so we allow everyone to have their own opinion 誰要舉手，說你所想的復興是什麼？ can you raise your hand and you want to tell us your opinion of revival 你們都可以發表意見什麼叫做「復興」 and you can give us your opinion what's revival 重新回應正統思想教義 so we response the doctrines of orthodoxy 然後實踐在我們的生活中間 這個才叫做復興 and to apply in your life and this is revival very good 還有什麼呢？ 還有誰有意見要發表？ anyone else you have your comments 剛才講一大堆講什麼？ you talked a lot, just now 現在忽然間沒有聲音了 suddenly there's no voice 請 (全心愛耶穌) 全心的愛耶穌 and to love Jesus with full heart 所以他從「教義」，你從「愛心」 so from doctrine, from love 還有呢？ and? (心裡火熱) 心裡火熱 and to have fervency hot 所以他從「熱情」來看復興 from passion 你呢 (倚靠聖靈的大能，回到聖經) 倚靠聖靈大能，回到聖經 depend on the Holy Spirit return to the scripture 很好，還有沒有呢？ anyone else? (很多人熱心遵行神的道) 很多人熱心遵行主的道 many people fervently obeying the words of God (萬國都認罪悔改) 萬國⋯都認罪悔改 認罪悔改 all nations repent and confess 復興就從悔改 and revival comes from repentance 還有哪一方面？ anyone else (有越來越多人⋯) 越來越多人 more people 那麼耶穌說呢 很多人走的路，可能走到滅亡的路 Jesus said many people went to the way of disruption 找到那路的人很少 the people found the rule is very little 路也很小，門也很窄 and the way get narrow 是嗎？但是復興的時候 doesn't it but when it gets revival 應當有很多人歸向主，對不對？ so it's supposed to be many people return to God 所以我相信我們都無意之中 抓到一些點 so unconsciously we got a point 那些點跟那些點怎麼接連起來 how do we relate to all points together 產生一個很正統 so to produce orthodox 很穩重 very sure 很健全的定義 very perfect definition 那就不容易了 so it's difficult 所以教會裡面 so among the churches 有眾說紛紜的現象 so we have the phenomena of people speaking on person opinion 這是很正常的事 this is very normal 那我問你 let me ask you 我再問第二層的問題 and the second question 復興是人造出來的，或者神給的？ so revival is come from God or from man 要不要再討論一下？ do you want to continue to discuss 有的教會忽然間復興起來 so some churches suddenly they get revived 因為你說裡面有幾個長老很熱切禱告 because you said there are few elders they pray fervently 或者有人說復興因為上帝的時間到了 or you say the church get revived because the time of God has come 復興是人為的呢？ the revival comes from man? 或者神賜的呢？ or that from God? 復興是有定然的時間呢？ or is there a certain time? 或者任何時候 我們都可以把它產生出來？ or any of the time we can produce revival 你現在再討論一下，好不好？ so you can continue discuss for this 大家再講話 you can continue discuss 結果你會很興趣這樣的聚會 so you're interested with this kind of meeting 我們為了節省時間 and to save the time 我就用民主的方式 and using a democracy way 贊成復興是大家努力可以完成的請舉手 and those that believed revival came from the diligence of the church members 人努力照聖經的原則 努力追求、努力禱告 復興就會來到，請舉手 diligently obey the word of God and revival will come 哇！只有兩三個人 only two or three 贊成復興是上帝時間到就自然會復興 我們不必做什麼都會復興的 請舉手 and you agree that these come from the of God you don't need to do anything can you raise your hand? 也只有兩三個人 怪不得你們其他的人都不復興 no wonder many of you are not revived 你說復興是神的時間到 但這以前祂會預備一些人做一些工作 所以兩個在一起，復興來 贊成這樣的請舉手 the revival from God but many people have been prepared by God before revival 如果你真的是相信這樣的話 if you truly believe this 那我要問你：你做了什麼？ I want to ask you what have you done 你不要笑 do not laugh 我們有一天都要在上帝面前受審問 and one day we will be judged by God before God 如果你說復興是上帝定的日子 if you say the revival is the day that God has set 那我要問一個問題 上帝到底 為教會的復興定了幾次的日子？ so let me ask you how many time and date that God has set for the church to get revived 你幾乎不能從《聖經》得到答案 you can not get the answer from the scripture 但是當耶穌升天的那一天 他們說 but on the day of Jesus Christ was ascender “主啊，祢復興以色列國就是今天嗎？” the disciple were saying this day that you revived the the kingdom of Israel 耶穌回答說 Jesus answered 上帝父所定的日子你不知道 so the day and the time that God has set the Father has set you do not know 但你們要在耶路撒冷為我做見證 but you will need to bear witness for me in Jerusalem 直到猶太全地 so to Judea 直到撒瑪利亞 to Samaria 直到地極 and to the end of the world 做我的見證 become my witnesses 所以意思是，你當盡你的責任 and it had commanded that you need to do what you need to do 復興來到，不是你所定的 so the revival come is not set by you 這個是聖經很清楚的一次記載這樣的事 so this is one of the very important record from scripture 那麼在舊約裡面 so in old Testament 他怎麼說呢？ How did it say 我的百姓如果悔改、認罪 My people if they repent, the confess 我要復興你的地 I will revive your land 我要重新赦免你的罪 once again I forgive your sins 使你的地被復興起來 you're land will be revived 所以這樣呢，神有應許 so then God has the promises 神也有自己所定的時間 so God also has the time He has set 但是當耶穌講的時候，他講的復興 跟他們要求的復興是完全不同的兩件事 When Jesus said about revival the revival that Jesus meant is different from the revival demanded by the disciple 以色列人所要的復興 so the Israelite they want the revival 在耶穌十二個門徒做代表 so among the representing of twelve apostles of Jesus Christ 觀念還沒有脫離人間的需要 So in the concept that cannot depart away from the needs of the people in the world 他們所說的復興是什麼？ so the revival they meant 以色列國復興 revival of the Kingdom of Israel 以色列國復興是什麼意思呢？ so revival of the Kingdom of Israel what's that mean 政治的復興 so the political revival 是軍事的復興 the military revival 是世界國度的復興 so the kingdom revival in the world 這些話講出來 so when all of these have been spoken 跟當時整個猶太的宗教情操 是完全符合的 and it is actually equalised with all the religion affection of entire land of Jews 只要你是猶太人 you are Jews 你一定不願意看見羅馬的這個軍隊 在你土地上為所欲為 you're not willing to be rule after by Roman army 只要你是以色列人 As long as you are Israelites 你會回想從前大衛在世界上國度的榮耀 So you will recall of the glorious kingdom of King David in the past 那今天的榮耀都沒有了 so all the glorious has been past 所羅門所建的殿被毀了 and the temple that had built by Solomon has been demolished 所羅巴伯所建的殿也被毀了 and Zerubbabel all the things have been destroyed 不但如此 not only so 現在所謂的殿，是希律王 是一個以東人所建的殿 and the temple currently is being built by Edomites 這是神從來沒有交代的事情 By King Herod and this is God do not ask to do so 外邦人帶來的假宗教的復興 so the Gentiles brought this fake revival in religion 所以他們切望以色列復興 so they expect the revival of Israel 主啊，祢復興以色列國就是今天嗎？ and so they asked Jesus is this the day that you revived the kingdom of Israel 你們想像耶穌聽見這一句話很高興嗎？ can you imagine whether Jesus Christ will get happy if he listen to this 喔！原來以色列人很盼望以色列國復興 Oh! Israelite are expecting for the revival of kingdom of Israel 耶穌對他們講的話 so the words Jesus spoke to them 含著兩個意思 have two meaning 第一個意思是什麼呢？ the first meaning 你們所求的是以色列國嗎？ you are seeking after the Kingdom of Israel 你們要的是以色列國復興嗎？ so do you just want the revival of Kingdom of Israel 第二 the second 你們要我今天給你們復興嗎？ do you want me to give you the revival today 耶穌基督對這個問題非常不滿意 and Jesus Christ did not satisfied with this questions 因為耶穌已經在他們中間三年多的時間 and Jesus had be with them among for more than three years 耶穌在地上三年多所講的 最重要的訊息是什麼？ and all the words that Jesus Christ has spoken in the world for three and a half years what is the most important core message 我問你啊？ so let me ask you 耶穌在地上的時候 when Jesus Christ was in the world 三十年預備 so he prepared himself for 30 years 因為照著摩西的律法 according to the law from Moses 一個祭司不到三十歲不可以事奉 and the priest cannot serve if you do not reach 30 施洗約翰滿三十歲他就出來呼喊 so John the Baptist when he got 30, he came out to scream. 半年以後，耶穌滿三十歲他也出來事奉 and a half year late, when Jesus Christ reach the age of 30 he also come out to serve 他們兩個人重要的訊息是一樣的 and two person have very important similar message 天國近了，你們應當⋯悔改 for the kingdom of God is near you need to repent 那麼從那個時候開始 so from that moment 約翰可能講一年就死了 so perhaps John had preached for one year and he died 耶穌講了三年半 so Jesus preached for three and half years 然後他被釘十字架 and he was crucified 在這些時間裡面 so among all this time 耶穌講的主題是什麼？ so what is the main theme of Jesus Christ 「上帝國的事」 the kingdom of God 所以三年半的時間 for three and a half years 耶穌講的主題是「上帝國的事」 上帝國的事 the main theme of Jesus Christ is the kingdom of God 那麼到耶穌受審判的時候 when Jesus Christ was judged 彼拉多問他說 When Pontius Pilate asked “你是猶太人的王嗎？” are you the King of the Jews “你在地上要設立猶太國嗎？” do you want to establish the king of Jews “你要做猶太人的王嗎？” you want to become the king of Jews 耶穌回答的時候 and when Jesus Christ answer 祂說：我的國不屬於這世界 He said My kingdom do not belongs to this world 如果我的國屬於這世界 because if my kingdom belongs to this world 我的臣民必相爭，不把我交在你們手裡 my officers and my people will do not surrender me to your hand 只是我的國不屬於這地上 but my kingdom is not belongs to this world 所以這一件事情 in this incident 基督是很清楚的 and Christ is so clear 但是門徒到三年半以後還不清不楚 but disciple is not clear after three and a half year 耶穌講三年半上帝的國⋯ 他們想的以色列國⋯ so for three and a half years Christ told about kingdom of God... they talk themselves about the Kingdom of Israel... 這件事告訴我們 so this incident told us 基督徒做了三年半 也可能還不清不楚上帝的道在講什麼 so for Christian, you become Christian three and a half years you're not clear with the words of God 所以耶穌很失望 so Jesus Christ was quite disappointed 耶穌釘十字架的時候 so when he was crucified 有沒有人明白上帝的國？ so is there anyone understand about kingdom of God 我問你 沒有 isn't it? anyone? 只有一個人 only one person 那個人不是彼得、不是雅各 so it's not Peter, not James 是十字架上旁邊的強盜 there is a robber had been crucified with Jesus 所以你不要看不起強盜 so do not despise on robber 很多強盜神學比牧師更好 many robbers have better theology compare to pastors 當彼得還不懂上帝國的時候 when Peter are not awakened or realised about the kingdom of God 那個十字架的強盜太聰明了 so the robber in the crucifixion is so intelligent 他問：祢得國降臨的時候，求你記念我 when your kingdom is come can you remember me 他突然間發現被釘的這個人 是天國的國王 and suddenly he realise that the people have been crucified is the king of the kingdom of heaven 他也跳到一個信仰的地步 祢今天的死不是最後的結局 so he lived into a faith that to believe that your death isn't the end 祢死以後還要復活 還要升天、還要再來 那個時候、祢的國來臨的時候 祢不要忘記我 after you die, you resurrect you ascend, you come again so when your kingdom come, please remember me 我們現在看重那些做執事幾十年 做牧師幾十年⋯他們一定懂聖經 他們那些⋯ so we pay attention as the elders, the deacon...etc they know Bible 很多平常的人、反對基督教的人 他不明白聖經 the ordinary people against the scripture they do not understand the Bible 聖經故意留下這一件事 so the scripture in purpose give us this incident 跟耶穌幾年的聽不懂 many people follow Christ many years they do not understand 十字架上的強盜聽耶穌一句話馬上懂 the robber just listen to one sentence of Jesus he realised 所以那個人 IQ 特別高 he has a very high IQ 可惜呢，他走錯路 pitifully he went to the wrong direction 他應當作傳道，他做錯了變成做強盜 you should become a pastor but he instead of become a robber 你看他上一課就明白了 just one lesson he understand 哪一課呢？ what lesson? 耶穌說：「父啊，赦免他們 因為他們所做的他們不知道」 馬上他覺悟到，這個是天國的君王 and Jesus said, Father forgive them for they don't know what they do so immediately he understand this is the king from the heaven 我告訴你，我一生教神學四十多年 最喜歡的就是 如果有學生很容易明白到最重要的道理 我感到人生很有盼望 I taught theology for more then 40 years so that the biggest joy is for me my students understand me immediately 但是很多人讀來讀去都讀不懂 but many people do not understand after the study long time 所以耶穌呢，忍耐 and Jesus has endurance 耶穌沒有說 “教你三年教不懂給我滾蛋” and Jesus do not cast them away??? after three and a half years they do not understand 他說你們上了三年還上不懂 you took three years course you do not understand 我再給你加補習四十天 I will give you tuition forty days 所以耶穌復活以後呢 so after he was resurrect 再給他們補課四十天 so they have extra class for 40 days 我再問一個問題 let me ask you a question 那四十天耶穌跟他們講什麼？ so for 40 days, what Jesus Christ preach to them 你們一考就全部不及格了 聖經說 you have failed after I put a test on you the scripture said 耶穌復活 Jesus was resumed 在地上停留四十天 and he was in the word for 40 days 跟他們講上帝國的事 continue to tell them about the kingdom of God 還是同樣的 but still similarly 同樣的題目 the same topic 「上帝的國」 在地上眾多國度裡面 上的要建立一個完全不同的國 so among all the kingdoms in Israel God want to establish a kingdom that's different 這就是教會作為代表 so that's the Church as representative 還是聽不懂 they still cannot understand 結果主耶穌 “聽不懂算了” so Jesus said forget about it, you don't understand 我不再給你補課 I do not give you more extra classes 我就升天去了 and I ascent to heaven 升天那一天 on the date of ascension 他們還不懂 they still do not understand 因為他們還問 “祢復興以色列國就在今天嗎？” because they asked is it the day that you actually revived kingdom of Israel 如果你是耶穌 if you were Jesus 你一定搖頭說 “沒有救了⋯” you would shake your head there's no way to save them “你們這些朽木不可雕” you are the students that cannot be taught 蠢材不可教 and you just cannot be taught 三年半加四十天 three and a half year with 40 days 一千多天講了還不明白 more then 1000 days, you still cannot understand 你去死算了 just go and die 耶穌不管他 Jesus ignore them 耶穌升天了 he ascend 然後十天以後呢 10 days later 聖靈降臨下來 when the Pentecost 那我現在要告訴你 so let me tell you 復興是人為的嗎？ so revival comes from man 不是的 No 復興是神的恩典 this is the grace of God 你研究世界復興史 so if you study on a revival history in the world 大概有兩個人的書可以幫助你 so there are two books can help you 一本是一個很偉大的神學家 但是在新派的大學教書 是耶魯大學的一個很重要的教授 他寫的教會歷史 and so the Church history by one of the professor he taught in yale University 這個叫做Kenneth Scott Latourette so Latourette 這個人曾經在湘潭、在湖南教書 this person had taught in Hunan 可惜那個時候毛澤東不在他的學校讀書 pitifully Mao Zedong was not studying under here 這是外國人講中國教會 我感到最偉大的一句話 this is the foreigners he's the greatest teacher to teach Chinese church history 他敢講 if Mao Zedong was in my class that day today I know will not be like this 他說：如果毛澤東那一天在我的課堂 今天的中國就不會這樣子 這個Scott Latourette 是個胸懷大志 Latourette so he has a great ambition 特別愛中國的人 he loved Chinese church 那後來呢，他是一個很正統的 基要派的神學家 so later on he become very Orthodox fundamentalist 一個教歷史，還可以在耶魯大學 執掌很重要的教哲學的這個地位 and he teaches history but he still have an important position in Yale university 他在耶魯大學的時候 when he was in Yale 每一個禮拜六，把最好的七個中國學生 請到他家裡去吃飯 so every Saturday he invite the best 7 Chinese students to take a meal in his house 跟他們討論中國的前途 and to discuss and dialogue with them about the future of Chinese church 跟他們一同思考研究一些重要的書籍 and consider and ponder on some very important books 他寫了一些教會復興的書 he wrote some books on church revival 另外一個人是 Fuller 的教授 (福樂神學院) 是我的好朋友 叫做 so another person, my good friend Fuller Theological Seminary Professor Edwin Orr 這個人也寫了教會復興的一些歷史 he also taught about many revival of church 他一生拿了七個博士 and he got seven PhD 最後一個是在莫斯科拿的 so the last one he got from Moscow 他以基督徒的身份在共產國家 拿一個共產黨不得不要給他的博士 as a Christian he got a PhD from communism country 他跟我常常一些大的聚會裡面講道 and he always preached together with me in some big conferences 那麼他也談到關於教會復興的事 and he also talked about the revival of church 教會復興是神的恩典 so the revival of the church is the grace of God 教會復興有一些跡象會看到 so there are signs we can see 那復興的來到很多教會根本沒有預備 but the coming of revival many churches are unprepared 但是神先預備一些很少數的人 but God himself prepared some very minority people 我們都知道 中國教會在一九二五到三〇年 突然出了幾個大將 so 1925 to 1930 of Chinese church history there's some important figures 宋尚節 John Sung (1901-1944) 計志文 Andrew Gih (1901-1985) 王載 Wang Zai (1898-1975) 趙世光 (1908年-1973)這個是後來的 Zhao Shiguang later on 還有王明道 Wang MingDao(1900-1991) 倪柝聲 Watchman Nee (1903-1972) 石新我 這些人在那幾年裡面 and so these people in the recent in the few years 走遍中國東南西北 so they went to all the places in China 那個時候的中國 so China on that time 是第一次世界戰亂以後 so after the first world war 許多的地方 還在廢墟中間慢慢從頭恢復過來 so many places you need to rebuild the houses from all the chaotic situations 二五到三〇年 so from 25 to 30 所有的鐵路、公路都是很少 and all the roads is very less 到了一九四九年的時候 only until 1949 全中國的鐵路只剩下四萬兩千公里 and they only have 42,000 kilometres of the route for the railway 現在中國的公路加起來有幾千萬公里了 but now the road and all the railway routes are millions of kilometres 那時是很辛苦的時候 但是這些傳道人 but there was very difficult time 用各樣最艱辛的辦法 走到東南西北各地開佈道會 and the preacher using a most difficult way to different places to preach the Word of God 最重要的是三年半，伯特利佈道團 so the most important three years is the Bethany Crusades Bethel Crusades 一共有三年半的時間走了十八省 for three and half years, they went to 18 provinces 十八省來聽道的超過幾十萬人 and more than hundred thousands of people came to listen to the Word of God 接受主的有幾十萬人 and ten thousands of people accept Christ 教會才復興起來 then the church get revived 那麼這個教會的復興呢 so this kind of revival of the church 是突如其來的 it comes in sudden 為什麼呢？ why? 因為這以前 so because before this 內地會 China Inland Mission 在廣大貧民窮鄉僻壤傳福音 and among the mass and the people that in poor they evangelise 廣學會 (1887-1956) ，它是把西方 最好的知識的書介紹到中國來 and actually this society introduce the best books in the west to China 其他有一些是新派的 他們在 and some of them are liberal 中國的青年知識份子中間耕耘傳道 and they actually evangelise among Chinese elites and intellectuals 都沒有看到多大的果效 so we cannot see there cannot bear any fruits 但是從二五年到三〇年 from 1925 to 1930 突然間大復興 in the sudden, the revival has come 伯特利佈道團佔有很重要的地位 so Bethel Crusades has a very important role to play 伯特利佈道團的團長是計志文牧師 (1901–1985) Pastor Andrew Gih is the chairman of this Crusades 裡面最重要的成員是宋尚節博士 (1901-1944) so the most important member is Dr. John Sung 到處傳道 so evangelise all over the places 好像一把火一到就點燃、一到就點燃⋯ 所以全中國的福音的火就燃燒起來 and just like fire been burn in every place in China wherever he go, he burn a fire of evangelism 那個時候，上帝用他們的辦法 so that time God have using these people 興起平信徒佈道會 and revive the ordinary people, Christians crusades 那這個佈道隊多數是兩個人成功的 and these come from these two persons 所以比如說，我到這裡來 for example, I come to there 誰要為主傳福音的？ who want to evangelise for God 奉獻自己 so to dedicate yourself 做佈道的工作 and to evangelism 你找一個好的基督徒 與他一同到處去佈道 so you find a good Christian and evangelise together with him 所以每次佈道會完了 當地的教會組成了幾百個佈道隊 so every time after the crusade of these people so local churches, they can get the people to continue to have the evangelism 當宋尚節走了以後 after John Sung left 那些人就各鄉、各鎮、各村去傳福音 so these people they can influence and evangelise to many places the villages and the cities 他們自己的神學基礎是很差的 so they do not have very significant foundation in the theology 甚至當時的傳道人 只有研究一本馬可福音這去做傳道 so that time the preacher only study on the Gospel according St Mark and go to preach 馬可福音只有十六章 only 16 chapters of Mark 參加一些課程 attend some courses 然後就照著裡面重要的話 耶穌的死、復活⋯就傳道 and according to the important messages of Christ they go to preach 手上帶一大疊的單張 so they have spread the fliers 一張、一張分給人家 and to distribute the people 如果你要問，你看了以後再跟他討論 so if you want to ask you need to read the fliers fliers and you discuss with them 這些佈道隊他們的知識很膚淺 so this evangelism team they do not have a good knowledge of Bible 他們用視覺教材來輔助他們傳道 then use a secular teaching material to help them to evangelise 最著名一套就是心跟裡面的罪惡 so the one of the most important message is the heart and the sin of these people 畫了很多的動物 and draw many animals 比如說孔雀 and for example peacock 代表驕傲 and represent arrogant 狐狸代表詭詐 the fox 不誠實 about the quirky. you are dishonest 那麼老虎代表兇惡 tigers about barbarous 烏龜代表懶惰 and tortoise on the laziness 一個心裡面一大堆動物 so all the animals represent different things, characters 第二張翻到起來的時候 the second page 就光照到這個心裡面 so the light shine upon this heart 動物就很驚奇 so animals get surprise 好像你的倉庫裡面 一大堆蟑螂、小蛇等等 just like cockroach and things in your store room 等到你用光照進去的時候 when you shine upon the room 蜈蚣、蟑螂、蛇⋯都爬出來了 and all the ??? things will come out 所以他說，福音的光照在人心的時候 just like the light of gospel came to our heart 裡面的罪顯出來了 the sin has exposed 然後一個、一個驕傲就被承認出來 one by one arrogant and all your sins have been manifested 第三張的時候 the third page 十字架的基督的福音就進到他心裡面 so then the gospel of Christ went to your heart 所以他就讓基督進到他心中 so he allows Christ come into his heart 罪惡全部給他趕出去 and the sin will cast away??? 他就成為信主的人 so he become a Christian 那第四張呢，就聖靈住在他心裡 the forth page the Holy Spirit ??? among him 所以當時的佈道隊 so the evangelism team that time 最重要的佈道工具 so the most important tool 就是這些視覺教材 is all these material the physical material they can see 許多沒有讀書、不容易看文章的人 也不容易用理性思考的 馬上明白什麼叫做福音 many uneducated people, they do not study they can understand immediately about Gospel through this material 所以有很多的基督教的印刷廠 so many printing factory Christianity 盡量印這些很簡單的傳單 so they print all these very simple fliers 還有像徵性的圖畫 and with all these representative symbols 福音廣傳中國 so in order for the gospel to preach the most??? 到了差不多十多年以後 and until 10 years later or so 一九四九年 突然間中國給共產黨完全佔領去 and suddenly Communist Party has rule over China 在三年半裡面 so with three and a half years 所有的宣教士被趕走了 all the evangelists need to be cast away??? 當時內地會 最多的時候有一千兩百個宣教士 so that time CIM, when they have the most missionary they have 1200 missionary 到一九五三年剩下一個 so 1953, only left one 而這一個呢，後來見到我 so this person met me 他被趕走的時候 He was cast away??? 他很難過 He was so sad 因為他在上海養了一百多個痲瘋病的人 so he has more then hundred people have leprosy in Shanghai 每天給他注射 so they need to put injection 傳福音給他聽 evangelise to these people 為他們一個一個禱告 to pray for them one by one 給他們raise some funds、給他們吃 and to raise some money for them to eat 共產黨一來的時候 when Communist Party come 他說，我們告訴你 they said, let me tell you 新中國需要很有體力、勞動的青年人 so new china we need a youth the young people have energetic and they can work 你養的這一百多個都是寄生蟲 and all these people they are the parasitic 對國家沒有益處 no contribution to the nation 對百姓沒有益處 no benefit for the people 所以這個宣教士是 reform (歸正) 的 so so this missionary, she's reformed 他的名字叫做 ??? ??? 是荷蘭種 from the Dutch 他就問共產黨說 so this person asked the Communist Party 我要怎麼樣呢？ so what can I do? 他說：請你走 so you can leave 我們不會害你 we wouldn't harm you 你離開上海 you leave away from Shanghai 你要回國去 you can return your country 你要到別的地方去 or other places 你有自由 you have the freedom 那麼他就問：那這一百多人怎麼樣？ then he asked what happen to these people “你外國人不要干涉中國內政” so as a foreigners you don't not actually interfere our home effects 我可以知道大概你們怎麼處理他們？ but can I can know about your ??? how do you deal with these people 一個共產黨就露出一句話了 so the communist member 你走了我們把這一百多人都槍斃 actually explode this sentence to her we execute all these people 讓他們死 and they die 因為他們對國家、對百姓是沒有幫助 so they do not help the country or the people 所以他就很難過、很難過 and he's so sad 他就一直想哭 and she wanna cry 那他們警告他一句話 they actually warn her 你到外面不可以講這個秘密 and you cannot expose this secret to people 如果我們聽見有人知道這個事情 if we listen and people know about this 一定是你傳的 it must be came from you 那我們就會把你最好的兩個朋友都槍斃 and two of your best friend will be executed as well 所以為了那兩個基督徒的生命 so for the sake of the life of these two friends, two Christian 他就答應 “我一定不傳” so this missionary really have to agree that I wouldn't tell others 把我趕出去我不會講 even I was cast away??? 因為我如果講 這兩個弟兄姊妹一定死了 so if I tell this, Christian will be killed 後來他就從中國到南洋來佈道了 and then this missionary came to all the way to Indonesia from China 那個時候 內地會看見很多傳道人都走了 so that times China Inland Mission so many missionary left 所以他們就想一個辦法 so they have a way 怎樣讓這些已經奉獻做上帝僕人 一生不退後、不收回的人還可以傳福音 and how do we continue to allow these people to evangelise even though there are big cast away ???from China 他們都是學國語的 they all learn Chinese 他們都是愛中國人的 so they love Chinese 那到菲律賓 to Philippines 沒有辦法，要從頭學菲律賓文 there's no way they need to learn the local language 那他們已經很老了 but they are so old 到越南 to Vietnam 要從頭學 they need to learn Vietnamese 根據語言學的這個知識 and according to the knowledge of language 一個人五十五歲以後 很難再學另外一種語言 and a person after he was 55 years it was very difficult to learn another language 如果你要學外國語言 if you want to learn foreign language 你最好在二十到四十歲之間 and the best time is from 20 to 40 四十到五十五看你的智力 跟看你的學習的能力怎麼樣 40 to 55, it depends on intelligence on how you study 內地會發現菲律賓、越南、泰國 新加坡、馬來西亞、印尼 還有很多華人教會 so CIM realised that in southeast Asia there are still many Chinese churches 所以就把這些宣教組派到各地去 so sent these missionary to all over southeast Asia 繼續對華人的教會傳道 continue to preach to the Chinese church 那麼印尼也收了一些 and Indonesian we take some of the missionary 其中一個就是??? one of missionaries is that missionary I just mention now 那麼那個時候他是五三年離開的 so 1953 she left China 五六年的時候我見到他 1956 I met her 後來他就開始對我們講中國的情形 是很不好的 so she told us what the situation in China 等到他把這件秘密告訴我的時候 until she told me about this secret 為什麼他講呢？ why she told me? 因為那兩個人質都已經死了 because the two the to hostages had been pass away 死了以後他就宣布 and after they died, then she can actually announce this secret 共產黨是福音的仇敵 so Communist Party they are the enemies or foes of gospel 我愛中國人、所做的事是被他們槍斃掉 so I love these Chinese but these people have been executed 我們當時幾乎回到中國大陸去 so the time we are about to went back to China 我如果回中國大陸去我一定加入紅衛兵 so if I actually went back to China I would join the FLA 可能我也變成一個共產主義的人 and perhaps I would become a Communist Party member 神用各樣的安排攔阻我進去 and God actually use many ways to stop me and put hindrance for me to back to China 五六年見到他的時候 so 1956 I met her 他就介紹我們去參加一個青年進修會 是五七年正月，大概二號到九號 so she actually recommend us to attend a youth conference in the 1957 2nd to 9th of January 我那個時候已經是很共產思想的 最先進的青年 so at that time I'm a young person that actually ??? on communism 我接受進化論 無神論、共產主義 I accept Atheism, Evolutionism Communism 唯物辯證法 materialism 我那個時候的青年 沒有一個人比我更懂得現代哲學 at that time, the young people don't understand contemporary philosophy compare to me 所以到我去參加進修會以後 so after I attend this conference 最後一天，我真的奉獻自己 但是我的問題不能解決 so the last day I dedicate myself but my question cannot be solved 所以一面流淚、一面禱告 so when I shed my tears I cried to God I pray to God “主啊，祢解答我的問題” I said, oh Lord solve my question 我就決心到全世界去解答別人的問題 I would go to the whole world to answer the question of others 所以在那個時代 so that era 所有中國的傳道人 so among all the pastors in China 都不能出來 so they cannot come up 而我已經出來 I already come up 我又不進去 I cannot go in 結果上帝引導我 在共產主義學校裡面讀書 so God led me and guide me to study in a communism school 不是因為故意的 it is not is in purpose 也不是因為計劃的 that is not in plans 是因為上帝給我們買的一個房子 就在學校旁邊，兩百公尺 but it actually we bought a house nearby the school for 200 meters 所以為了方便，我們就在那個學校讀書 so for the convenient we study in that school 讀到的都是共產主義的思想 we studied on all the thought of communism 上帝就這樣預備我以後做傳道 一方面有共產思想的裝備 來對中國人傳福音 this is how God equip me to have thought of communism that is the way I was prepared to preach to the Chinese 現在我回想過去的時候 so when I record the past 為什麼美國有這麼多神學院 這麼多中國人在這裡讀書 但是對中國人來的傳道 好像沒有辦法打進他們的心 so why is in the States there are so many Chinese preachers they studied in seminary why is that they cannot preach to the people from China American seminaries never equipped Chinese people with a background of the communism, atheism ideology 這個美國的神學院 從來沒有為中國教會的基督徒或者牧師 來裝備對共產主義或者無神論的教導 所以結果呢，我就派上用場了 so all these things that I was prepared I can use it 最後這三十年 so for the last 30 years 中國大陸的人來到美國的越來越多⋯ so the people from China mainland they come to the States, there's more and more 傳統教會就用愛心，請他吃飯 把他留在教會裡面 so the traditional church you see??? the way of food any kind of kindness ??? to ask them to stay in the church 但是面對他們的無神論跟進化論 共產主義思想的這個裝備 中國傳道人，很難應付他 facing all these atheistic people with communism background the pastor of Chinese cannot deal with them 直到大概二十五年前 so just 25 years ago 有一批的中國學者到美國來 so there's a group of elites from China 包括 scholars came to the States 溫哥華的洪予健 so including 紐約的張伯笠 (1959-) Yujian Hong in Vancouver 還有 and Zhang Boli in New York 前不久相當風行一時的遠志明 (1955) also Yuan Zhiming 這些人就對付中國的人 可以對他們講道 and all these people can preach to these Chinese 但是這二十年來 for this past 20 years 我在美國講道的時候 when I preach in the States 還有很多的中國人在聽我講道 many Chinese still listen to my preaching 因為他們在大陸已經聽見我的錄音帶 because they listen my recording all the tapes 所以我看見整個美國的動向 in China 在這四十年來是變化很多的 I see there are many changes and shifts in the past 40 years in the States 我第一次到美國是一九七三年 so the first time when I was here is 1973 那時幾乎沒有大陸來的學者 there is not any scholar from China 也沒有交換學生 so they don't have students as change programmes??? 大陸學生從什麼時候開始呢？ so when is the time for the Chinese students 從鄧小平 (1904-1997) 的 came into the States 改革開放開始 (1978) from the open system of Deng Xiaoping 到了一九七九年的時候 so until 1979 毛澤東死了以後三年 3 years after Mao Zedong pass away 中國不再送人到蘇聯去讀書 so China not longer sent people to Soviet Union 中國送人到日本、到美國 到澳洲、到歐洲各國去讀書 so instead they sent people to Europe, America, Japan, Australia 而一九七九年的時候 第一批的送出去的 原來是那些國家最重要的領袖的孩子們 the first group of scholar had been sent out is children of all the important leaders of country 所以當我到羅徹斯特去講道的時候 then I preach in Rochester 剛好這個鄧質方 (1952-) 鄧小平最小的孩子 幾個禮拜以前還在那邊參加團契 and the youngest child of Mao Zedong and he actually attend this fellowship there the few weeks before I came 我到的時候問 這個人還可以來參加我們的佈道會嗎？ that time I asked this person still can attend a rally when I was there 他們說：現在他被警告了 they said, he was been warned 你到外面來留學 為什麼去參加基督徒的團契？ so you came to study in foreign country why do you attend the Fellowship of Christian 你又是鄧小平的孩子 所以他們給他很多的限制 and you are child of Deng Xiaoping so they give him many limitation 他就沒有來 他回答說 so he has no way to come 我來團契是聽英文 he said, I said I listen English in fellowship 我不是來接受基督教 I do not accept Christianity 這樣，他有一些困難但是過關了 but he has some difficulty, but he can pass 那從那個時候到現在 at that time until now 自費的人是不能被控制太厲害 the self fund students cannot be controlled by government 公費的背後還是政府控制 but government fund students need to be controlled by government 這個事情我不必講你們都知道的 I assume you can understand even I do not say it 所以我相信我的佈道會裡面 more detail I believe among my rally 有很多大陸來的 there are many people then from China 很多人是很渴慕真理的 they are long and desire for the truth 許久聽過我的錄音帶 一見到我就要跟我拍照的一大堆 so they listen to my tapes they want to take photograph with me when they saw me 但是有一些不是這麼簡單的 but some people are not so simple 但是我心很坦坦然 but I opening my heart??? 我不管誰跟我接觸、跟我談話 I do not care whoever you want to communicate and told to me 我都是 consistently (一貫地) 用基督的愛來對待他 I will actually treat you with the love of Christ consistently 在一九八三年的時候 so 1983 我在Madison講道 so I preach in Madison 那一天有四個北京大學的教授 so there were 4 professors from Peking University 參加聚會 attend the rally 講完了以後 after my preaching 我看他們很注意聽 so they listen attentively 我說，接下去我解答問題 and continue I said, I I would have question and answer session??? 這四個教授，三個男的、一個女的 so 4 professors, 3 males and 1 female 都是六十歲以上的 and 4 of them are 60 above 而那個時候我才四十六歲 so at that time, I was 46 所以他們比我年老 so they are older 看樣子很謙卑、很渴慕真理 they seem to be very humble and desire the truth 解答問題的時候 so delivery the question and answer session 那個女教授說：我要走了 so the female professor said I want to leave 那三個男教授：妳留下來吧 so the three of other male professors asked her to stay 原來在解答問題中間 他們對解答問題比對講的道更有興趣 so they are more interested in the questions and answer instead of the preaching 當結束完了以後 after we concluded the session 有一個教授對我說 one of professor speak to me 我老實講 honestly 我是要信耶穌 I want to believe in Jesus 因為我看到真正對中國的盼望 基督教的貢獻可能最大 I looked at all the hopes of China perhaps Christian have the biggest contribution 我說：為什麼呢？ I said him, why 因為他說基督教在西方 產生了人文的、產生了民主的 產生了人權的 產生了政府還有整個社會的開明 是無可否認的事 because Christianity produced humanity, democracy and humorous and all these things are very difficult to forget and difficult not to mention 那他說在北京大學做教授 but as a professor in Beijing University 你不感到如果你信耶穌 對你的前途很有妨礙嗎？ but don't you think that if you believe in Jesus that you put a hindrance on your future 他講一句話，我嚇了一跳 he has said something that I was so astonished 只要是真理 as long as this is truth 就是我個人前途毀掉我也甘願 even I want to destroy my future, I willing 那我就更深入跟他談 and the more and deep I told to him 那你今天信耶穌最大的困難是什麼？ what is the biggest hindrance 我很老實講 for you to believe in Christ 是「進化論」的問題 and he said, to be honest 你可以介紹我看什麼書嗎？ is the problem of evolution can you introduce what books I need to read 我就把幾本的書給他看 so I actually introduced a few books 我說：請你特別注意 thermodynamics (熱力學) 這個定理 跟 Anthropic 的這個物理學的問題 and please actually study on a question entropy and the thermodynamics?? 因為在這個熱力學的第二個原理裡面 on a second principle according to thermodynamics 物只能退化，不能進化 a material only can soft cannot improve 所以 so it won't be dissolved 物質衰敗，衰敗的時候一定有衰敗期 so dissolvement??? of all the material there is a period dissolvement 衰敗期 可以從這個entropy裡面去查出來 so you can see from entropy 所以這個是違背進化的定律 this is against the teaching of evolution 我跟他討論的這個答案 so we have this discussion 記下來 He recorded it 他非常感謝 he was gratitude so that time until now 一下子又三十年了 so has more then 30 years 我不知道為什麼上帝給我活得這麼老 i do not know why God allow me to live until this old 因為我第一次到美國來 我是最年輕的 所有的教會的牧師都是年長的 and the first time when I was in the States I was the youngest and all the pastors are my eldest 現在我七十五歲再來的時候 75 I come again 我看見所有教會的牧師都是年輕 我變成最老 all the pastors are younger compare to me, I'm eldest 但是我繼續不斷的看見 大陸的人一直來、一直來⋯ I continue to see the people from China continue come and come 我從前歡喜的不得了 in the past I was so joy 因為我不能進去，上帝叫他出來 because I cannot go, then God as them to come out 一個人進去，一張機票 就可以對幾千個人講道 a person go in with one flight ticket and can preach thousands people 現在上帝讓他們幾千個人出來 聽我一個老人家講道 but now thousands of people have come come out and listen to me 我起先是很歡喜 in the beginning was so joy 但最近我的想法不一樣 recently I have different thought 因為這些跑出來的人 可能不是很愛國的人 but those people came out, they don't love the country 讓中國給共產黨去搞 我們出來算了 but they are not so patriotic they just said forget about China just let communism party take over 你們會不會是很自私的人呢？ 所以昨天我講 are you a selfish person? yesterday I said 如果神引導你要你回去，你再回去 if God guide you to go back you shall go back 為中國獻你自己 to dedicate yourself to China 不要為自己 Do not dedicate for yourself 好像我在印尼我獻了一生 just I dedicate myself and entire life in Indonesia 如果我要為自己的好處 if I wanted to think my own benefit 我早就搬到美國來了 I already had came here 我是傳道人中間 最有資格在許多最大的城市做牧師的 I'm most qualified pastor to become the biggest pastor in the biggest Church in many biggest city 不是我講 因為很多教會真是正式要請我過來的 I do not only say this for myself because indeed many churches want to invite to become a pastor 我沒有感到上帝的引導 I've never see the guidelines of God 一步都不動 I didn't move one step 那現在跟你們談到教會復興的問題 because when we talk about a problem of revival of church 我每一次講同一個題目 我的內容一定不一樣 every time I talk the similar topics we have different content 幾個原因，一個 從前講過什麼我忘記了 and the first reason is I forgot what I've been preached 第二，我裡面有的材料夠多 可以一直講、講不完 my content is sufficient enough and I can continue to preach 第三個原因，我求主引導 每一次對每一個不同的人群講的 是他們需要的 是別的地方不一樣的引導 and the third, the different ??? mass and different audience, different places 把這個講完了以後 so after we finish this 我現在界定什麼叫做「復興」 so i want to define what is revival 教會的復興 so church revived 要從五方面來看 you need to see from 5 perspective 第一方面，就是「信仰」的復興 the first is revival in your believe 基督教是建立在「信」上面 不是建立在「行」上面 更不是建立在「正」上面 so Christianity, we actually depend on our faith is not on practice or any kindness 基督教之所以是基督教 不是因為組織、不是因為行政 不是因為錢財 不是因為外面的建築物 and Christianity for it's Christianity is not because of missionary power is not on the building or any other facts??? 是建造在「信仰」的上面 so Christianity is called Christianity, because it depends on faith 所以當耶穌基督聽見彼得說 「你是基督，你是永生上帝的兒子」 這個 confession (認信) 講出來 耶穌馬上說 我要建立我的教會 在這一個磐石的根基上 so when Jesus heard the proclamation of St Peter said that you are Jesus, you are Christ the son of God immediately Jesus said that day I would build my church upon this rock 保羅說：要你們的信心有根有基 and Paul said that your faith need to depend on the foundation 能夠負責任 我深知你所信的是誰 to ??? your responsibility you need to know whom you believe 這樣教會才有復興 then in this man, the church will get revived 教會的復興的一件事是什麼呢？ so the first thing for church get revived 就是建立信仰的根基 it's to build the foundation of the faith 但是這個是普通人沒有看到的 but this is the thing that the ordinary people don't see 普通人看到的復興就是熱熱鬧鬧的場面 and they only thought that this is a when we have the situation many people that see revival??? 哭哭啼啼的禱告 so they cry and scream to God 很有奮鬥力的這個外面的現象 so they have to fight this??? in the ultra phenomenon 那是復興的「結果」 but that is the fruit of revival 那是復興的「現象」 but that's the phenomena of revival 那不是復興的「本質」 but that's not the essence of revival 所以第一樣 復興要從「正信」建立起來 so you need to build on the Orthodox faith 那真正的信仰 so the true Orthodox faith 是復興的「根基」 it's the foundation of revival 我們所信的是誰 so whom we believe 我們所信的是什麼 and what we believe 我們為什麼信 for what reason we believe 我們要清楚認識、清楚知道 I need to be clear and understand 教會才有復興的起步 so then we have the beginning of revival of church 那這以後呢，第二是什麼？ and what's the second thing 你已經堅信以後 after you have true believe 你要「深知你所信的」 you need to truly know what you believe 為什麼「知」跟「信」 是這麼重要的關係呢？ so what's believe and knowing is so important 因為只有你「知」你所信的是什麼 it's because when you know what you believe 你才不容易被動搖 that you are not easy to be shake 所以知識應當襯托信仰 so epistemological??? or knowledge need to support the faith 來使信仰「有根有基」 then the faith has the foundation 保羅說：「我深知我所信的是誰」 and Paul said I truly know whom I believe 保羅對以弗所的教會說 and said to church of Ephesus 你們讀了我的書信 if you read my epistle 你就知道我知道上帝的奧秘 then you will know that I know the mystery of God 不是模模糊糊知道一個外表 it's not in chaos ??? appearance 深入知道上帝的奧秘 but deeply know about mystery of God mystery of God, so profound I know it's so abundance, so rich 上帝的奧秘多麽的深入 我已經豐盛的明白了 這個是很重要的事情 this is something very important 所以除了信仰建立以外 I said to establish of faith 應當對信仰有知識的交代 but you need to have the fundamental knowledge on epistemology to your faith 當然，只有注重知識可能會變得很敗壞 but if you only emphasize on the knowledge you will be corrupted 今天很多傳道人有很高深的知識以後 他就放棄了其他⋯重要的其他的因素 ???so today many pastors, they have higher economies they actually let go other importantly sense of the effects 所以他們就誇他們的知識 so they're pride on their knowledge 保羅說知識是叫人什麼？ 叫人 Paul said knowledge to make you 自高自大 make you arrogance 所以要謹慎 you need to be alert 我在我的教會對牧師傳道的會議裡面 我常講一句話 in my church, when I always preach to the pastors my leaders, I always say 學識、知識、學術 knowledge, academic, and all the scholarship??? 不過是信仰的一個服務的一個僕人而已 it's merely a servant to serve our faith the academic is merely a servant of our conviction 這個⋯ 你所深信的，你常常用知識來解釋 and you always explain with knowledge what we believe 所以知識常常成為堅信的一個服務員 the knowledge become a server to serve your faith 所以你要謹慎 You need to be alert??? 不要讓學識超越信仰 do not allow the academic or knowledge surpass your faith 以至於喧賓奪主 and it becomes the master 然後信仰就降服在知識的下面 and then your faith need to surrender under the academic or knowledge 多少的傳道人很怕人家看不起 所以他一定要搞一個博士 心裡就有一點安慰 many pastors they are afraid others look down and then they need to get a PhD in other words, not for others look down at them??? 這個跟聖經的原則是倒過來 this is the reverse of compare to the scripture??? 耶穌基督活在世界上的時候 when Jesus Christ lived in this world 全世界有兩套的學術 so there are two kind of academic schools in this world 是被人尊重的 it was being respected 一套就是雅典學派的希臘哲學 for the first school Ancient is Greek philosophy??? 第二就是猶太學派 裡面的猶太的宗教思想 so the second is school of the Jerusalem that's the people in religion 但耶穌基督自己不但不是在柏拉圖門下 那些學院裡面畢業的 but Jesus Christ was not graduated from the Platonic schools from all these Greek philosophies 耶穌也不是在希伯來 Hebrew??? 的那些 門徒的學術的派系裡面畢業的 and Jesus Christ was also not graduated from the schools of a Jerusalem and all these religions in Jews Hebrew??? tradition 這個是猶太人最重要的拉比 and the most important Rabbi by school??? 兩派耶穌都沒有 so Jesus was not belongs to all these schools 不是說耶穌故意反對學術 and this is not Jesus Christ in purpose against academic 因為耶穌有一個特別的地位 是超學術的智慧的源頭 but he has a special position to surpass all the academic, he is the source of wisdom 他是神的本體 他是智慧的源頭 he is actually the subjectivity of God and he's the source of wisdom 所以他是神的獨生子 and he's the only son of God 所以他到人間來的時候 when he's coming to this world 他的地位是超越各樣學術的成就的 his position surpass all the result of our academics??? 這我們一定要承認的事情 那麼當耶穌在世界上的時候 so wee need to acknowledge about this when Jesus Christ was in this world 他就特別揀選一些有潛在能 但是不是有傳統學術 所繼承下來的學位的那些加利利的漁夫 he chose the fishermen from Galilee that do not inherit for any tradition of the schools in religion or in philosophy 彼得、雅各、約翰等等⋯ Peter, James and John, all these people 這些人沒有學位 they all not have degree 不是希臘學派 not from Greek philosophy 也不是猶太學派 they not from school of Jews 他不是雅典學派 they are not come from the school of Athens 也不是耶路撒冷學派 also not from the school of Jerusalem 他們是 “加利利派” but they were the school of Galilee 加利利在法利賽人中間 是沒有用的 so among all these people, the Galilee 你去查考 they were useless and you can study 你就知道 you know 加利利從來沒有出現過先知 Galilee never produced any prophets 所以他們用這一句話來污衊耶穌基督 they want to mock Jesus Christ with this kind of sentence 耶穌的門徒更是微不足道的 so even the disciples of Jesus??? 但是事實證明 but the fact is 這兩千年來 for 2000 years 影響全人類最大的不是希臘哲學 so the biggest influence to the entire world is not from the school of Athens 不是猶太的拉比學校 is not the school of Rabbi in the Jews 是加利利這些漁夫 but is these fishermen from Galilee 這是神的作為 this is the work of God 上的常常不照著人的傳統來做事情 and God always do not do a continue tradition of men??? 上帝常常用祂超然的智慧 衝破歷史的障礙 把祂永世的計畫向人表明出來 God always using a super wisdom as surpassed all the historical tradition speak His word and doing His work 雖然如此 even so 自從奧古斯丁以後 (Aurelius Augustinus, 354-430) after Augustine 我們對信仰負責任 so we need to be responsive to the faith 所以「信」與「知」就並行了 so faith and knowing to become together 變成現在所有神學院的傳統 and it becomes a tradition of many seminary today 到了二十世紀的時候 until 20th century 我又發現神學院不能起大作用 I realised that once again the seminary cannot bring a good contribution to the church 無數的神學院所產生的傳道人中間 沒有佈道熱忱 沒有聖靈的大能 也沒有改變社會的動力 and many pastor they produced from seminary they do not have power of evangelism do not have the striving power and do not have the power of the Holy Spirit to change the world 所以我們在兩難之間 so we are in two difficulties 我們盼望上帝復興教會 and we hope that God will revive the church 而復興是靠著西方佈道家 在中國大大傳道嗎？ but revival is it depend on the western evangelist to preach to the mass in China??? 復興是靠著西方的神學 在中國多多的培訓嗎？ all revival, we need to depend on the western theologian or the seminary to do a lot of trainings in China 事實證明 but the fact have proof 在中國的復興是透過十字架的大能 教會受逼迫 忠心愛主的人所做出來的 and the revival of Chinese churches actually depend on the people that loyal to the Christian faith and the people who suffer according to the cross and the church get revived through the persecution and experience the power of the cross of Jesus Christ then the Chinese church are revived 是透過逼迫和對耶穌基督福音的堅信 這個中國教會被復興起來 我相信以後，中國那些 經歷十字架大能而復興的人 要成為全世界復興的一把鑰匙 I believe that the Chinese Christian they actually gone through the suffering the persecution of the crucifixion to become important key for the entire revival of the whole world 我們正在耐心看上帝怎樣在下一代做工 we are patient and endurance to see 信仰一定要堅守 how God work in the next generation so faith need to be established 學術一定要交代 so academic need to be bore responsibility??? 但是請你注意 pay attention 學術不要把它絕對化 we cannot absolute ??? academic 免得把自己綁住了 ??? constraint ourselves 復興的第三方面 on the third revival 就是「倫理」的復興 on the ethical 我們的行為 on our practice 我們的良善 behaviours and kindness 我們的人格 our character 要consistently honest before God 要一致的在上帝面前誠實 徹底的 completely 誠實的 謙卑的 be humble 順從的 to surrender 在上帝的面前 before God 然後我們的生活以聖潔公義為基本 so our life of holiness and righteousness as our fundamental character??? 以誠實、慈愛行在人的面前 we have honestly and we've love to do kindness before people 這種偉大的人格是復興的第三個記號 so this great character is the third sign of revival 為什麼王明道 在全世界復興史裡面很重要呢？ so why is Wang Ming-Dao important figure 因為他是 in the entire revival history in a church 最堅強、最誠實、最肯犧牲 而完全不為自己利害關係著想 的一個傳道人 and he's the pastor who is the strongest and most honest and he did not think for his own benefits integrity is very important 誠信是非常重要 honesty is very important 這個誠實也非常重要 humidity is very important 謙卑也非常重要 readiness for suffering is very important 預備自己來受苦也非常重要 endurance in the persecution is very important 在患難中堅忍也非常重要 這些人格的建立 so all these establishment in this character 是復興的第三個記號 it's the third sign of revival 你看見有一些傳道人很聰明 但是做事詭詐、常常不誠實 動機不清楚 so you say some pastors, they are so intelligent but they do evil practice and they have different tactics they are dishonest 這些人不能成大事 so these people cannot do big things 還有一些人很熱心、很愛主 some people, they are so fervent love the Lord 他們不追求、不長進 沒有辦法征服人的頭腦 but they can improve themselves, they cannot sing after the truth??? and they cannot conquer mind of others 也不能成大事 and they cannot do big things 所以聖經告訴我們，保羅 so the script said about Paul 「學問太大，以致發狂」 ??? he's so bear bigger knowledge and he become??? himself 我很喜歡這一句話 I like about this 就是「學問」跟「火熱的狂」 那個為主肯犧牲的心配合起來 就成為上帝重要的僕人 and this is knowledge combined with the craziness for him with?? was?? God and we combine these things together 很聰明的人不肯發瘋 many people intelligent that do not ready to be crazy for God 發瘋的人沒有知識 many people insane, they do not knowledge 是今天教會的兩大錯誤的現象 so this is the two wrong phenomena in the church 很多新派的人很有知識，不願意傳福音 many liberal ??? they have knowledge but they don't want to evangelise 很多靈恩派的人很熱心，亂講一場 many Charismatic, they have fervency but their preach is chaos 兩樣都不能成為 上帝使教會復興的一把鑰匙 these two things cannot become the key for God to revive the Church 所以第三樣 so the third 你的人格、你的品德 你的真誠、你的謙卑 你的殷勤、你的聖潔公義的生活 成為復興的第三個記號 so your character, your virtuous, your righteous your holiness, your honesty become the sign of the third revival 第四樣 the forth 復興一定是在事奉上肯盡心竭力的 so revival need to debut??? and establish upon our ministry 在教會裡面有很多會友 in church, we have many members 但是能夠為主擺上 奉獻、犧牲，熱心做工的人 沒有多少人 but the people, they serve God with your heart and time, and all these things dedicate themselves we doesn't have that much people 第二次世界大戰 the second world war 加拿大海軍出了一個很重要的人 so the navy from the Canada army 這個叫做 ??? so this person called Dr Peter ??? 這 在海軍裡面 建立了很大的威望 and this person in Navy he has the big fame??? 然後他就研究 and he study 世界的組織 跟《聖經》的啟示有什麼關係 so on the inspiration of the scripture compare to the worldly secular organisation 後來他的研究變成一套的系統 so his study becoming a system 許多基督教的機構請他去講學 so many ??? , many organisation of Christian invite them to teach 我們也請他到過瑪琅神學院來講學 so we also once invite him to Malang seminary 他問一個問題 to taught us is Moses a very intelligent leader so he asked the so the ask a question 摩西是不是一個非常聰明的領袖？ 大家都點頭 everyone said yes 後來他回答說：No his answer is No he was a very stupid leader 他是一個非常愚笨的領袖 我們很奇怪 這個人怎麼這樣隨便批評 一個偉大的摩西呢？ we are so strange??? how can he critics on great Moses because he was stupid 因為他是愚昧的 so God asked him to go to learn from the hidden pagan priests 就是 Jethro 上帝叫他向葉忒羅，是他的岳父 來學習 - 所以基督教最大的領袖 要向外邦人、異端的頭頭去向他學習 as the greatest leader of Christian need to learn from the leader of paganism 葉忒羅是外邦人 葉忒羅不是信上帝的人 Jethro is a pagan he is a gentiles and pagan, didn't believe in God 摩西向他學什麼？ Moses learned from him what? 向他學組織學 learned from him, the organisation 後來葉忒羅告訴他：你這麼累不對的 and Jethro said, you are so tired is not so right 你只要把你的百姓組織起來 organise your people 然後有千夫長 千夫長下面 you have the class??? (commanders of thousands) 要有十個百夫長 a man who lead thousands people should have ten centurions below him 然後 ten centurions should have hundreds of 十個人的 這個十夫長在他下面 so have people, they control thousand people hundred people 那麼還有五十夫長 and people that control 50 people 所以如果一百個十夫長 so if we have hundred people that control 50 people 加上二十個五十夫長 also 20 people that control 50 people 再加上這一個千夫長 and one person that control thousand people 十個百夫長 so you have 10 people that control one hundred people 這個組織是一百三十個人 so you have the organisation with 130 people 他把這個跟加拿大的海軍做比較的時候 this person compared this organisation with the Navy in Canada so during the second world war 加拿大海軍裡面 so Canadian navy 最成功的 so the most success 每一隊是一百二十幾個人 it is every team that 120 over people 為什麼成功呢？ why was it success 因為靠近聖經的數目 because it was nearly the numbers of the Bible 所以他對我們說 so this person said to us Bible is the wisest strategy of everything 聖經是一切策略上最聰明、最智慧的 最智慧的策略是隱藏在《聖經》裡面 the wisest strategy is in the scripture no military in the world can surpass 沒有任何軍力可以超越《聖經》 no bank???, no organisation no society in this world can surpass wisdom written in the Bible 沒有銀行、任何組織和社會 能夠超越《聖經》所說的 他帶領的那一隊剛好是一百三十個人 he lead the army of 130 people 所以他很感謝上帝 he gives thanks to God 很多人把《聖經》當作很古老的書 是已經過時、是沒有用的東西 many people thought of the scripture is ancient book that has passed away 他說： “No” 《聖經》是上帝永恆的智慧所寫下來的 but not, this is the crystallization of the wisdom of God He has written this script 現在的教育學告訴我們 so the education have told us 一班最好不要超過十五個人 so one class the most you cannot exceed 15 people 教學才有最大的果效 then you have the biggest result in no education ???說 Jesus have only 12 that is the most effective, not 15 這個教授說 耶穌只有十二個，所以最有效率 不是十五個，是十二個 is not 15, is 12 十二個還會出一個猶大 so that is Judas 十五個會出四個就麻煩了 if you??? 4 traitors 然後他告訴我們 and he said 耶穌十二個門徒裡面 這個數目是使他可以 so among all 12 disciples 一個一個照顧 these members allow him to take care one by one 超過以後 individual personal relationship 跟這個教導 personal education變成很困難 if you exceed this number, the personal communication education become difficult 那我們談到這裡 we stop, we come unto here 我們提到復興的時候 so we talk about revival 我要服事 we need to serve 所以每一個愛主的人都要服事主 so every Christian, they love the Lord they need to serve the Lord 如果教會組織成十二隊、十二隊⋯ 每十二個人一隊的佈道隊 so if the churches organise 12 persons in a team to evangelise 那事奉的果效會好的不得了 so you can see a results in the fruits of your ministry 那麼有關於這一點我們今天不談太多了 so on this matter we do not go further 我們要讓每一個人都有事奉的機會 but we want to understand everyone need to have the opportunity to serve 教會就會復興起來 then the church can be revived 我在最後的八年 so in the past 8 years 發動了「每一個人要去佈道」的口號 so I have started the slogan that everyone need to go to evangelise 然後因為他們尊重上帝的僕人 so they respect a servant of God 所以他們就順從了 然後我們到鄉下去佈道的時候 so they obey on these words so when we evangelise to the villages 除了我自己去開大佈道會以外 except for myself I went to the big crusade 我也派傳道人 帶一隊、一隊的人去做佈道工作 so we sent the pastors one by one team by team 後來到了第四年的時候 to go to evangelise so on the fourth year 我發現他們比我做更多 so I realise they do more than me 有一個傳道人 so there is a pastor 我有一天請他到台上來 so there's one day I invite him to??? 我說：你告訴我，你走了多少鄉村？ so I asked him, how many villages that you have gone to 他說：唐牧師 我已經跑了三千個鄉下了 then he said Rev. Tong I have been to 3000 villages 我問美國的華人牧師 有哪一個人跑過一百個城市的？ let me ask you, any Chinese pastor in the States has gone to at least 100 cities? one hundred city，你告訴我 can you tell me? 有哪一個？ any of you? 你在一個地方做傳道 you become a pastor in a place 七天裡面一天休息，連電話都不要接 seven days rest for one day, even do not take the phone 你說 I am according to the Bible, Sabbath day 按照《聖經》有「安息日」 我有安息日 I need to rest 然後呢 and 七年又有一年安息年 and after seven years you have a sabbatical year 這真的是《聖經》的教訓嗎？ is it teaching of scripture? 我傳道五十八年半 I have preached for 58 and half years 如果每七年有休息一年 so if I need to rest every seven years 我最少有八、九年沒有講道了 at least for eight to nine years I do not preach 我如果八、九年沒有講道 還沒有死才奇怪 if I have not preached eight or nine years perhaps I will die earlier 人家說： “那唐牧師你什麼時候休息？” and people asked Rev. Tong when do you rest 我每天晚上都休息 I rest every night “你累不累？” do you tired? 我不敢累 I'm not dare to tired 我不是沒有感到累，是不敢說 “我累了” it's not that I don't feel tired I do not dare to say, I'm tired “你一天到晚坐飛機很疲倦” you take the flights day and night you must be tired 我說：你還敢講？ you dare to day that 耶穌連腳車都沒有做過 Jesus doesn't even take a bicycle 你坐飛機還要囉囉嗦嗦 you take a flight, you speak so much 從今以後換腳車好不好？ ???change you a bicycle 明天、後天 and tomorrow 到 San Francisco(舊金山) 去 to San Francisco 耶穌怎麼去的？ how did Jesus go? 耶穌走路去的 耶穌沒有坐 Taxi he was by feet he did not take a taxi 也沒有坐飛機 or flights 沒有坐直升機 or helicopters 有沒有一次你看見耶穌說 “我非常累了” 有沒有啊？ anytime do you see Christ say, I'm so tired. Did he? 他沒有講過 not even once 是人記載下來 a man recorded 耶穌疲累了 He was tired 耶穌在船裡睡覺 he slept in the boat 耶穌渴了 he was thirsty 他向撒馬利亞婦人要水 he take water from Samaritan woman 但是耶穌沒有為他的事奉埋怨過一句 but he never complained on his ministry 我這一生五十八年 for my ministry entire life 58 and half years 你可以問我的太太 you can ask my wife 她跟我結婚已經四十四年 44 years we have married 你問她 唐牧師講過 “我太累了” 講過沒有？ you can ask her, whether Rev. Tong ever say I'm tired 我一句都沒有講過 這不是在誇耀 it's not to boast of myself 這是在見證 but it's to witness 這不是理想，是事實 this isn't an idea, this is a fact 我五十八年，沒有講 “我太累了” for 58 years, I never say I'm tired Why? 因為我要做榜樣 I need to become an example 叫所有的同工 for all the co-workers 他們知道應當事奉主 they knew that they need to serve God 而事奉要甘心 serve God need to be willing heart 甘心就輕省 then you are willing then it becomes easy 不甘心變成重擔 if you are not willing, then it becomes burden 耶穌說：你們要學我的樣式 Jesus Christ said, learn after my example 你們負我的軛 take my yoke 你們要擔我的擔子 and bear my burden 我的擔子是輕省的 my yoke is easy you should bear my yoke bear my burden 所以擔我的軛 和我的擔子 because my yoke is easy 「軛」這個字 this word 'yoke' 你要從天上看 you need to see from heaven 你就明白了 you can understand 兩隻牛一同耕田的時候 so when these two cows, they are together working 要「同負一軛」 both of them need to take similar one yoke 表示一個軛，兩隻牛 actually one yoke, two cows 那麼這個軛，是一條 so in a single-line 分成兩邊 divide to two lines 一邊就扣著一隻牛 so one cow in one side 所以這個直線 so this line 是總幹 兩邊是兩隻牛 so the main trunk divided to two sides 這個牛背著軛的時候 so when the cows have yoke behind them 你看不到什麼東西 但如果你從天上看下來的時候 you cannot see one on the back if you look from above 軛 the yoke 一個直的跟一個橫的，是什麼？ so one vertical and one horizontal line 是什麼？ what is that? 十字架 that is the cross 對不對呢？ isn't it 我們與主同負軛 so we bear the yokes with Jesus 耶穌說：你負我的軛 Jesus said, you take my yoke we should bear the same yoke 我們應該擔同一個軛 我們與主 一同背十字架 so we bear the cross with Jesus together 如果你甘心 if you are willing 你就有賞賜 you will get the reward 如果你不甘心 if you are not willing 責任已經交在你肩頭上 so the response is on your burden 所以我得到一個結論 so I got a conclusion 這個結論是什麼呢？ so what is that? 就是呢 burden plus willingness becomes enjoyment 負擔加上願意，成為喜樂 勞苦加甘心，等於享受 so this burden with willingness you become enjoyment 大家說，一、二、三 together 勞苦加上甘心 等於享受 becomes enjoyment 剛才 just now 說你們昨天來了、今天再來 表示你們很愛主 yesterday you come today you come again it actually meant you love the Lord 我聽了，我想應該改一句話 I said we should change this 昨天給你機會 今天應當還有給你機會聽道 你要感謝主 we give you opportunity today we give you, again you should give thanks God 你不要說 “我昨天浪費時間來了” you said yesterday I waste my time 今天再浪費時間來 I waste my time again today 你在講什麼？ what are you talking? 在中國有多少人 盼望早上有這樣的聚會，沒有可能 and in China many people hope they have this kind of some seminar in the morning there's no possible 不是 “我昨天勞苦了，今天再勞苦” 你反過來 you said yesterday I was so tired I come again “昨天有機會，今天還有機會” in the reverse manner yesterday you have a chance today you have a chance again 好不好啊？ is that good? 你跟我哪一個勞苦啊？ 哪一個勞苦啊？ you and me, who are harder 你就坐在那邊，勞苦什麼？ you just sit there 我每一個時間 每一句話我要想、我要負責任 every session, every time, every sentence I need to ponder 我要用氣把它講出來 and take the responsibility 我要花體力講 using my ??? speaking 而且你坐著聽，我站著講 and my seminar and you need to sit down and I need to stand up 你三十歲，我七十五歲 you are 30, and I'm 75 你在講你很勞苦嗎？ so you thought you are difficult 去你的 go away 不要再講勞苦了 講感謝主 don't know talk about hard 我的機會 say give thanks to God “哎喲！我很遠來的” my chance I come from far 你最遠呢，從Oklahoma來好不好？ most far from Oklahoma 我從 Jakarta (雅加達) 來啊 I came from Jakarta Jakarta 來要幾十個鐘頭 Jakarta, you need to flight more than 10 hours 我們怎麼可以說 “我累”？ How could we say, we are tired? “我很苦” I am so difficult 這都是撒旦要我們講的話 these all the words are Satan want us to say never say that 從來不說 and you will willingly 甘心情願 enjoyment in my heart I am so privileged 有這個享受在我們心中 我有這個榮幸 that I can preach, I can serve 我可以見證、我可以事奉 能夠事奉是榮幸 so is the privilege for us to serve 大家說 (能夠事奉是榮幸) 能夠在上帝的旨意中間勞苦是享受 (能夠在上帝的旨意中間勞苦是享受) they can walk in the will of God that is an enjoyment 那什麼問題都沒有了 so all the problems solve 你還是歡歡喜喜的 you are so joyful 在苦難中間還是歡歡喜喜的 so in difficult circumstances, you still have joy 這《聖經》的話 他們受逼迫以後 This is the word of scripture after you are persecuted 被鞭打以後 be ??? thrashed 他出來不是：“唉喲！痛死了” 不是 ??? pain and suffer 他說：“感謝主” 我配為主的名受羞辱 I'm worthy to be humiliated for the sake of the name of God I am wealthy to be humiliated because the Word of God 我配得因為主的名的緣故被羞辱 這怎麼我配呢？ how could I be wealthy 我第一次聽 Michael 見證的時候 the first time, I listen the testimony of brother Michael 有幾句話很感動我 there are a few sentences, I'm so moved 他說，我做了這麼多壞事 he said, I do so many evil things 祢還要用我？ You still want to use me? 那我知道這個人可以被上帝用 I knew that this person can be used by God 因為他知道他是不配被用的 because he knows he's not wealthy 他是得罪上帝的 he sins against God 後來神還要用他 but God still use him 這是恩典 This is grace 所以我從很小的事情上 慢慢體會哪一個人的事奉是真的 哪一個事奉是假的 all the very small things and a minor things I can see the wish of your ministry is true and fake 現在我們的教會 in my church 你知道一年開多少次佈道會？ and do you know that every year how many sessions of the gospel actually we have 我講你一定以為我大概老人家糊塗了 you thought I got confused I'm old by telling you the numbers 或者我是神經病的 I got the madness thought??? 或者我騙你的 or I deceive you 我們一個教會 去年開五千八百次佈道會 and one church last year, we have 5800 session of the gospel rally 你相信嗎？ Can you believe? 今年呢？ this year 超過六千四百次 and more than 6400 times this year 現在已經差不多五千次了 and this year is almost 5,000 until now almost 5000 都已經五千次了 我們還有十月、十一月、十二月 這三個月裡面 we still have three more months 最少再增加一千四百次 at least, more than 1400 sessions to come 一個教會 一年開六千四百次佈道會，真的嗎？ is that true for one church to have 6400 session of the gospel rally a year 每一次都記錄下來 so we record every session 在什麼鄉村 in which place? 鄉村哪一個學校 in which village? which school? 幾點到幾點 what time to what time? 幾個人上台 how many people came? 然後多少人聽道 how many people listen 多少人舉手 how many people raise the hand 盡量詳細記載 try our best to record in most details 去年十二月三十一號 so on the last date of last year 我們是對一百八十萬人講道 so we have preached to 1.8 million people 今年到年底的時候 so this year until end of the year 很可能超過兩百萬人 and the numbers perhaps will exceed 2 million one church 我不是在誇 I'm not boasting 如果誇，你也可以誇 但是我誇到後面是事實 if I'm boasting, you can also boast but behind me is the fact 如果你沒有做，你不必講 you don't need to talk, if you do not do 我如果做了，我可以講 if I have done, I can say 因為不是我一個人做的 I don't do for myself 原來我教會有一千兩百多個會友去佈道 and more than 1200 members, they do to evangelise 去佈道 they go to evangelise 預備講章 to prepare the preach 不很明白 and they can't understand that 但是真心講出 but they need to preach firmly 最簡單的福音 the simplest gospel 耶穌愛你 Jesus loves you 耶穌為你死 Jesus die for you 釘在十字架上 so he was crucified 用他的血洗淨你的罪 use His blood to clean your sin Jesus love you 用他的死使你與上帝和好 and using His death to make reconcile for God 你是有罪的人 You are sinners 你肯不肯悔改？ Are you willing to repent? 有的人舉手 some people raise your hand 他們快樂的不得了 so they are so joy 因為他也可以事奉主 so they can also serve God “主，祢竟然也用我？” so oh Lord You have used me 從前一直聽道 in the past they listened 聽道，不事奉 they listen, they don't serve 就變成 “聽道將” it become an expert at listening “聽道專家” or become expertise 聽道聽得很厲害，就變成 “批評將” and after that they become person of criticism 這個牧師講得不好 this pastor isn't good 因為我聽過更好的 because I have listen to the better one 你聽過更好的，不表示你偉大 you have listen to better one not meant you are greater 而你聽了，沒有講、沒有事奉 表示你懶惰 when you listen, you do not preach and you serve actually meant you are lazy 所以等到自己去講的時候 when they try to preach for themselves 原來這麼難 they realise it's difficult 所以就不再敢批評別人 and they do not dare to criticise others anymore 靈性就長進了 so their spiritual life grow 靈性為什麼長進？ why does it grow? 因為「事奉人」才長進 because when they serve people, they grow 許多女孩子呢 many ladies 不敢生孩子 they do not give birth 你問她說 You ask them 為什麼妳不要做媽媽？ why don't you want to become mother “我沒有生過嘛！” I have never given birth 我沒有生過，我當然不敢 because I'm not dare??? 那等妳生過，妳是誰啊？ so after you give birth, who are you? 如果妳生過了很多孩子 if you have given many children 才來結婚 and then you are married 妳丈夫一定不要妳 your husband do not want you 就因為妳沒有生過 妳沒有做過媽媽 so because you haven't given birth you have never became a mother 上帝說：我給妳做 God said, I allow you to do mother 妳去做 become a mother 你結婚了以後 after you are married 怕的不得了 you are so afraid 後來生孩子生了一個 and you give birth to the first??? 感謝主！ 生第二個 第三也不錯 第四、第五也不怕 and third is not bad the forth and fifth, you do not afraid 結果妳就生十二個出來 then you have 12 什麼叫做經歷？ so what is experience? 經一經、歷一歷，叫做經歷 我一生就是這樣 so this is how my life has been 我考駕駛執照的那一天 the day when I got a test on my driving license 拿到了 I got my license 我對我太太說 I said to my wife “我開車帶妳到山上去玩” and we have drive you to the mountain we will have a holiday over there 她說：“我才不要” do not want to go 你剛剛拿到駕照 you just got a license 沒有開到山上過 我說 you do not have to experience to the mountain “喔！對了、對了” “對不起，以後我開了很多次再帶妳”？ yeah yeah, I forgot, I'm sorry I will bring you after many times 我說：不 I say, no 今天晚上 tonight 我一定對妳說 I will say to you 我開過了 I have experience 怎麼開過的？ how do I have experience 我跟妳一同開上去 I drive you there 妳要相信我 you believe in me 我不會害妳的 I won't harm you 她就坐在我旁邊 then she sat beside me 我就開 then we take a car 開得好好的 then drive nicely 後來慢慢開下來了 and then we go up and come down 回到家裡說 and when we reach house 我開過山路了 I have experienced to go to mountain and come down 我曾經開過山路了 I have that experience 你是第一次 your first time 第一次跟第四次都叫做 “開過” 山路了 so the first time or forth you still have that experience 後來我變成 “開山路專家” I become an expert in 'mountain road' 有一次燈壞了 and there is once, the light has ??? 單單靠月亮的光，我開到山上去 so the headlight has been disabled??? I have to depend on the moonlight 到今天我眼睛還很利 until now my site??? is still good 特別晚上的路 我很遠都看得很清楚 my eyes ??? on the night I can see far in the road 就這樣經歷過來了 this is how we experience 什麼都可以經歷的 we experience all things 你不要怕 you do not be afraid 只要信 just believe (不要怕，只要信) don't afraid, just believe 我知道你常常唸錯， “不要信、只要怕” but you always say do not believe, just be afraid 你把它倒過來就麻煩了 so you have reversed order 「不要怕，只要信」 Do not be afraid, just believe 事奉也是這樣 so this is similar with ministry 你要不要去講道？ do you want to preach 你說我不能 I can not 誰能？ who can? 摩西說 Moses said 我口才不好 I'm not good in eloquence 我拙口笨舌 so I'm not good in my eloquence 上帝說 “原諒你了，不必了” God said, forgive you, forget about that 上帝沒有原諒的 God don't forgive him 上帝：你拙口笨舌？ because you are not good in your eloquence 誰造你的舌頭？ who made you? 誰創造你的口？ who created your mouth? 當你講「拙口笨舌」 when you said you are not good in your eloquence 你簡直是侮辱我 是我創造你的口 you are actually humiliate against me??? I created your mouth 所以你不必再講了 如果你真的拙口笨舌 you don't say the things??? 連這一句話⋯都講不出來 if you are not eloquent you cannot even speak this statement 你替自己辯論這麼厲害 so you defend yourself 你還敢說你拙口笨舌嗎？ 你去！ because you are not eloquent, go??? 摩西就去了 Moses go 每一次神把責任給我的時候 every time God give me the responsibility 我幾乎沒有說 “主啊，我不能” I never said, oh Lord, I can not 我只說：主啊，給我力量！ I said, oh Lord, give me strength 我一定去做出來 I will do my best 做出來 and I will do it 後來因為勇敢 so I have courage 又順服 and obey 我做了很多我可能不可以做的事情 I have done many things impossible for me to do 我沒有讀過建築學 I never study architecture 我建了世界最大的華人海外的禮拜堂 I have built the biggest foreign Chinese church in the world 兩層 two-story 上面一層可以坐四千七百人 so upper-story have 4700 people 下面一層可以坐一千八百人 so the lower-story 1800 seats 兩層才危險 因為上層如果塌下來 so two-story so if the upper story fall down 下面都會死的 但是我們做得堅固的不得了 so all people below will die so we built this so strong 我們還建了神學院 so we built a seminary 建了學校、建了音樂廳 the school 建了博物館 and music hall, and museum 全部被認為是最好的建築 it was said that ??? they are best architecture buildings 我們的禮拜堂長八十四公尺 so we have 84 meters in the entire church 連一根柱都沒有 not even one pillar 你看這個禮拜堂十多根柱 一、二、三⋯七、八 and you have more then 10 pillars 九、十 (你們一個是有兩個) 再加上⋯十六 太多柱子了 too many pillars 我們禮拜堂八十四公尺 our church 84 meters in diameter??? 沒有一根柱子 one even one pillar 一個大工程師來看 one of big engineers come so long ??? without pillars 說：這麼長，卻沒有柱子 你算「差不多」 not bad 他只有講差不多 he said, not bad 上面的那個圓形的屋頂 and the dome at the top, the roof 你知道多大嗎？ You know how big? 七十四公尺 so 74 meters in diameters 比梵蒂岡的屋頂大兩倍半 two size compare to St. Peter in Vatican 也是沒有柱子的 there is no pillar 主啊 I said, oh Lord 我敢，求主給我智慧 I'm dare give me the wisdom 我與人合作 我設計完了以後 I work with others I designed 請他們仔細的數算 I asked them to calculate in the detail 那我們應當做的做 應當用的錢用 and we do what we should do 結果 we spent all we should spent 最困難的事情都做成功 and all the most difficult things, it was accomplished 我們還有一個音樂廳 and we have a music hall 差不多比這個小一點點 a little bit smaller than this 可以坐一千兩百三十多個人 so we have 1230 seats 比這個更高四公尺 and taller 4 meters compare to this building 你這裡大概是八公尺 so you 8 meters here 我是十三公尺半 we have 13.5 meters 能做的都做 so we do what should we do 不怕困難 do not afraid on difficulty 我這一生最不能同工的兩種人 so there are two people I cannot work together 一種是什麼就說 “太難了” 我不能、我不能⋯ everything is difficult, I cannot 每次人講這一句話 every time people say this 我心裡就說：撒旦，退去 I said Satan depart away 撒旦退去 Satan depart away 不可以說困難 we do not say difficult 第二種人 就是一定要有錢才能做工的人 it is the one to do only when there's money 我說不 I said, no 我們做什麼 everything we do 神的旨意 if it's will of God 先做、順服 we do it, we obey 神就把錢給我們 and God will prepare us money 你知道我這兩個月 剛剛辦兩個青少年的退休會 and you know that this past two months we have two conferences for the youth and for the junior youth 多少人你知道？ 六千五百人 6500 people 有三千三百個 是從十三歲到十九歲 so junior youth is from 13 to 19 還有另外三千兩百個 and another 3200 是從十九歲到二十五歲 age are from 19 to 25??? 六千五百個青年人 6500 these young people 高中生 大學生 so from the high students university students 知識份子 so intellectuals 社會青年 我們訓練他信仰跟傳福音 so the young people work in society went to train them in the faith and evangelise??? 你說用多少錢？ how much money we spent 用一百八十萬美金 so we use 1.8 millions US dollar 多久裡面？ so in what period 在兩個月裡面 only within these two months 怎麼去籌錢呢？ so how do we get to the money 我們只有禱告 only can pray 我們建那麼大的禮拜堂 we built this big church 從來沒有募捐一塊錢 we never fundraising any dollar 我們開那麼大的聚會 so we have the big event 從來沒有借銀行一塊錢 but never take any loans from bank even a single dollar 禱告、禱告⋯ we pray and we pray 時間快到的時候 when the time comes 錢就慢慢進來了 money will come in 慢慢進來了 it comes in 我們依靠上帝 we depend on God 每一個人事奉 so every one of us, we serve 每一個人肯犧牲 we shall every one of us we sacrifice 每一個人肯捨己 and we deny??? ourselves 神的工作一定做起來 this is how the will of God can be accomplished 我不要誇我的教會 I do not boast my church 因為我二十六年前，剛剛開始 一個會友都沒有 because 26 years ago when I started the church we do not even have one member 現在我們的母會 每一個禮拜天將近三千人做禮拜 and now every Sunday, our mother church we have 3,000 people attend a service together 在二十六年裡面 within 26 years 我們一共開了六十九個分堂 we have 69 branches 所有加起來 主日崇拜的大人，一萬兩千人 so you have more than 12,000 adults every Sunday 青年、小孩子還沒有算 not include the young people and children 教會復興 so the revival of the church 是怎樣復興呢？ so on how 最後 last one 傳福音很重要 and evangelise is so important 怎樣傳福音呢？ how do we evangelise 把你的信心分享給人 when you share your faith to others 與人討論耶穌基督 告訴人家你信耶穌的喜樂 and engage??? discussions about Jesus Christ tell others the joyfulness of you believe in Christ 告訴人家你信耶穌的改變 telling others, the changes Jesus Christ brought to you 使他們有興趣問：為什麼會這樣呢？ let people ask you, why 你很非常平心靜氣的 把你的喜樂分享給他們 so you are very very calm and peaceful manner you tell them about your joy 每次見到人 every time you others 在不同的場合 in different places 在飛機上也好 so in the flight 無論你是在百貨公司也好 or in shopping malls 有可能的話 or in possibly??? 跟人談一點點 so you can share to others 然後你把耶穌傳給他們 and then you tell others about Jesus Christ 領人歸主 lead them to Christ 如果時間夠 if you have enough time 跟他個別談得更詳細 and talk to them more detail 如果說時間不夠 if you do not have sufficient time 講一兩句關於基督的事情 you say one or two statements about Christ 介紹你經歷的喜樂 introduce the joy that you have experienced 盼望他到教會去 then ask them, hope them to go to church 一個不佈道的教會 so a church do not evangelise 是一個自殺的教會 is a church commit???to suicide a church do not evangelise is a church commit to suicide 而佈道的方式很多 so we have different methodology to evangelise 無論群眾佈道大會 whether is mass crusade 或者音樂佈道 or using the music 或者文字佈道 or using the words 監牢佈道 in prisons 醫院佈道 or at hospitals 真正的總原則 but the true principle 就是「個人佈道」 it's the personal evangelism personal evangelism is the key is the model, is a foundation of all evangelisation 「個人佈道」是一切佈道的模型和原則 有一次我在一個地方開佈道會 there is once I evangelise in a place 我請一個牧師做聯絡員 so I invite a pastor to become a contact person 那個牧師懶惰 the pastor is so lazy 沒有去接觸教會 he does not go contact a church 他說：佈道團寄錢來 he said ??? can you send money? 我那一次不知道寄幾萬？四萬塊吧 so that time I sent 40,000 US dollars 林博士還在這裡，他記得 四萬寄給他 and Dr. Lin remember the figure so we sent $40,000 他說：這個時候這個地方正在蓬勃起來 so this is the time that the church to have many people??? 佈道會籌備兩年 so we need to prepare for two years 為什麼他要呢？ 因為那一年 why he need to two years? because that year 那個地方 that place 我就直接講，Silicon Valley Silicon Valley 每一分鐘增加十八個百萬富翁 so every minutes we have increased 18 millionaire 18 millionaire happen every day 每天 所以⋯那麼他就說呢 所以錢一定沒問題，因為大家都在發財 so money is not the problems everyone get rich 他也不去找錢 and he did not find money 你佈道團要佈道，先寄錢來 so sent me if you want to evangelise you need to sent money 我們就寄四萬給他 we sent them 40,000 US dollars 他沒有去努力 so he did not diligent his work 沒有去聯絡 結果呢？ he did not contact people and then 到了佈道會以前兩個禮拜 two weeks before the rallies 他緊張了，怕沒有人來 ???, afraid no one come 用兩萬美金買報紙，說： “有大佈道會，請你們來” 他以為這樣人就會來 using 20,000 US dollars to in the press newspaper and all other media hoping people can see and come 注意聽喔 看報紙來聚會的人，比例是很少的 and the people went ??? press newspaper and then come of the advertisement 個人去邀請來的人 the people is very little 比例是最大的 personal invitation and the ratio is bigger 這一次你們看報紙來佈道會的請舉手 the people come to rally because of the newspaper 你們自己看 我現在實務教材 你們是教會報告、個人聯絡 and I just want to give you a true ??? 你從個人知道有這個佈道會來的請舉手 you come to rally because of personal invitation or from the church announcement You cannot cheat me 我已經老人家了 我做佈道會已經幾千場、幾萬場了 I gone to ???thousands of the sessions of rallies 誰騙我，我知道 and who lie to me, I know and than? 佈道會呢？ so the rally 虧了一大筆錢 so we have lost many money 那我問那個牧師 I asked the pastor 你聯絡誰啊？ who that you contact? 你怎麼請人來？ How do you invite people? 他說：“唐牧師，不要談了” “現在聚會要開始了” he said, Rev. Tong do not ask this meeting is about to begin “我們求主工作” we pray that God work 我心裡想 上帝叫你工作，你叫上帝工作 I say in my heart, God ask you to work and you ask God to work 這個叫做交託來、交託去 it's pass to each other 我們應當努力做工 but we need to work diligently 群眾的力量不可忽視 so the mass power, we cannot deny 每一個基督徒真誠的邀請，不可忽視 so every Christian, we need to in a personal invitation??? 這個人佈道 and personal evangelise 個人邀請 personal invitation 個人接觸 personal contact 這是成功的秘訣 this is the secret for us to success 願上帝賜福給我們 may the Lord bless us 我們要教會復興嗎？ we want to church get revived 我已經跟你談很多次了 I have said many times 是人為的？ 是神所給的 so from man? or from God? 如果神給的 if from God 人應當做什麼？ so what can we do? 如果真正復興發生 so the true revival have come 包含什麼範圍？ so in what area 信仰的、知識的 faith, knowledge 道德的、事奉的 moral, ministry 完了沒有呢？ and after that? 還有一樣 就是對文化的影響 and also have the influence to the culture 在這裡如果有基督徒醫生 so if you are doctor Christians 他一定要比非基督徒的醫生 更懂得怎麼樣醫病人 and you need to be better compare to a non-Christian doctor 基督徒醫生 the Christian doctor the doctors you are Christian 跟非基督徒的醫生 and compare to non-Christian doctor 不同在哪裡？ so the differences? 你說不同在禮拜天，一個打高爾夫球 一個去做禮拜 so the differences are play golf on Sunday or you go to church on Sunday 基督徒醫生醫病人的時候 用基督的愛醫病人 if you're Christian doctor you heal your patient with the love of Christ 非基督徒的醫生只為了錢來醫病人 the non-Christian doctor they heal people for the money??? 這個在文化的層次上 so this is difference in the culture 你把基督的精神放在你的行業裡面 so you use the spirit of Christ in your professional occupation 基督徒法官 so as a Christian judge 跟非基督徒法官 with non-Christian judge so the differences are? 一個是拿聖經 一個是到社會去賭博的人？ so one is taking the Bible, and the other one is gamble 你在施行法律的時候 is it when you execute the law 你照著上帝的公義，做行事的原則 and the principle of the righteous of God 你不是因為你的 client (當事人) become your own principles 給你多少錢你就聽、對他講話 is that you listen to clients because of money that he gave you 所以這個叫做 Christ must be preeminent above all aspects of culture 耶穌基督在一切文化上居首位 在一切文化的層面上基督居首位 so Christ be the preeminence in all aspect of culture 基督的精神 so it's the spirit of Christ 基督的愛 the Love of Christ 基督的義 so the righteous of Christ 基督的良善 the kindness of Christ 彰顯在政治界 it manifests in politics 經濟界 in economics 商業界 in commerce 教育界 education 醫學界 in the medical world 政府的機關 社團的機關裡面 in all the offices in government and in all the offices in society 主的名在一切事上被尊為大 so the Spirit of the Lord shall be manifest greatly in all the profession 得著應當有的榮耀 so that he received all glory that he ought to receive 阿們？ 現在我講完了 we about to end the session 你自己好好禱告 you need to pray for yourself 你在上帝給教會的復興上 on the matter of the revival of the church that God have given to us 哪一件上你要有分？ in which part you want to take part 你要犧牲自己 you want to sacrifice yourself 你要服事 You need to serve 阿們？ (阿們) 你們願意常常領人歸主 常常傳福音⋯請舉手我看看 you are willing to anytime lead people to Christ??? 我想大概有百分之九十的人 and 90% of you 我們不要單單舉手，騙上帝、騙自己 not just deceive God by racing your hand 我們 or deceive yourself 真的真心去做出來 but truly we practice at working???
